Stolen identity

6 4 5

I have no name,
Because I am nothing.

I'm nothing special.

My hair is bland
Not shiny or eloquent.
It's not a crazy color
And it's broken two brushes.

It doesn't ever want to be tamed.

And my eyes!
There's nothing unique about them!
Mud Brown irises...
No boy would want to get lost in them.

Why couldn't they be blue or green?

My voice is not the most pleasant.
It isn't a breathy whisper, commanding attention from all the gentlemen.
It's not a soft song over an ocean
Or a nightingale's sweet tweets.

It's not feminine at all.

My face is round and squishy
Just like my stomach.
My legs rub together
Forcing me to dress in plus sizes.

I'm ugly.

I know I'm ugly.
Every other girl is a porcelain doll...

And I'm just a piece of rag.

That's a lie.
An identity that was never given to you.

How can you not see what God sees?

Listen and remember.
Take back what society stole.
You are fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of your creator.
God made you so wonderfully complex!

Only He understands fully how we operate.

God gave you beautiful long hair
That dances along with the soft wind.
It's natural Color outshines the products of dye.
Dark brown with highlight of natural burgundy.
Don't you know how many wish theirs were like yours?

Thick hair is beautiful.

Brown eyes are not original
But neither is blue or green.
It may seem like it's a common color
But yours is a different shade.

In night or day, anyone would get caught in your mysterious gaze eyes.

And that laugh!
Oh how wonderful that laugh is!
Loud and free
It's a laugh that's thanks God for being alive!!!!

A laugh that doesn't care what society thinks because it knows God loves its tune.

From your hair to you toes
To the inner most delicate part of you,
God created it all and
You Are Beautiful.

So stop saying otherwise.

God is the creator
The potter
The author
The painter

And He doesn't make any mistakes.

He gave you a name.
A purpose.
A voice
An identity.

So take it back.

You need to take it back...
Take back your identity.
Because it's important.
Because God gave that to you.

So stop letting it be stolen.
