At school, we had multiple tornado drills because of the weather alert.
Some people in my class were crying and I was one of them.
My crying turned into lots of crying.
And the lots of crying turned into fast breathing and then finally, I had a panic attack..
When the third alarm went off, I was basically hyperventilating, numb, weak, and sared.
Some of the teachers tried to calm me down, but those hardly worked.
Then a staff member brought me downstairs to the office, where I had to be checked out.
Now I'm here, at home, doing my homework, talking about life, and wondering if I should go to the doctor or not.
Its either because of my anxiety or I'm just a scaredy cat.
I think I already know the answer.
