Chapter 3: Gathering allies 

Part One-Enter Sango & Miroku

Inuyasha's POV

"Inuyasha, please explain to me what is going on here." Kagome said loud enough for me, and probably Inu no Senshi, to hear. "When Inu no Senshi explained his vision to Kaede he said that he saw a girl with a bow, a girl with a huge Boomerang, a man with a staff, a cat with two tails, a fox, a wolf, and three men with swords. Ring a bell now, Kagome?" I said walking in front of her. Her eyes widen. "I get it now." she said and turned to Inu no Senshi, "I would be the girl you saw with the bow." "How can that be." he asked. "I use a bow to purify demon if need be." she explained. "You wouldn't happen to know of the other people I saw in my vision?" He asked. "I believe we do know them." I said, "That is why we are here."We now stood in front Miroku and Sango's hut.

"Miroku...Sango... are you in?" Kagome called. "Come in, we just got the kids down for their nap." Sango called from inside. We all walked in to find Miroku sitting next to the wall panting a bit. "What happened to you, Miroku?" I asked. "I had to chase the twins until they finally got sleepy." He replied, "So, what brings you to our humble abode?" "We have someone here you need to be introduced to." Kagome said. "That would be me." Inu no Senshi said, "I am Inu no Senshi. I traveled Japan looking for Inuyasha to warn him of an evil that will be coming soon. Recently I had a vision that the people to rise against the evil would be a girl with a bow(who is present), a girl with a large boomerang,  three men with swords(two of which are present), a cat with two tails, a monk, a fox and a wolf. You wouldn't happen to know anyone that matches these descriptions. " "We happen to know..." Miroku started before I gave him the 'cut short don't tell him everyone' look. "Three more of the people you are searching for." Miroku said.  "Really, who?" Inu no Senshi replied. "I can tell you that the monk would be me, the girl with the large boomerang is Sango, and the cat with two tails is Kirara our cat demon." The monk said. "Great, but I don't know anyone else." Inu no Senshi said. "Sango, do you know where Shippo is?" Kagome asked. "I think he is taking another test. He said he'd be back by tomorrow.  Why?" She said. "I'll explain later." Kagome said. "Hey Inu no senshi are you up for that race we never finished?" I asked "Yes I am. Are you prepared to lose?" He asked as we walked out the hut.

Kagome's POV
"Now that Inu no Senshi is gone I can explain why we had to cut Miroku off." I said, "As you can tell Inu no senshi is a hanyou like Inuyasha, so he has probably been through the same trauma as Inuyasha. We have to let him meet everyone before he gets jumpy." "That would explain the ears then." Sango said, "How Inuyasha take it?" Miroku said. "Well, he was the one that saved him because he collapsed in front of the God's tree this morning.Then, from what Myoga told me, he is the son of Inu shirei-kan, who was Inuyasha's father's second in command and brother in arms." I explained. "So they are like like long lost brothers?" Miroku said. "Yes, but that's isn't the half of it. He can see future events. It's a trait he inherited from his mom." I said. "That is so cool." Sango said. 

Inu no Senshi's POV
"So Inuyasha,  where are we racing to?" I asked once we left the village.  "Well you see that mountain over there." he said pointing to a far off mountain. "Yes." "That is where we are racing to." he said. What are you planning Inuyasha? You wouldn't have asked to race at a time like this without some reason behind it. I thought as the race began.
"Inu no senshi what's the matter? Can't keep up? " Inuyasha said as we quickly approached the mountain. "No, I'm keeping up just fine, Inuyasha.  I was just thinking what was the significance of this trip?" I asked.  "Well you'll see soon enough. " He said smirking. I wish he would stop leaving me in the dark about these things. I thought as we finally reached the mountain. "The race was a tie. Now Inuyasha, Please tell me why we are here!" I said. "It's not over yet we still need to climb it." Inuyasha said. I'm really getting tired of this. I thought as I scaled the mountain as quickly as possible.

When we reached the top Inuyasha and I argued as to who got to the top first but that was soon halted when someone asked, "Hey Mutt-face, what are you doing on my territory?"
