The light started to seep into my eyes, or was it the darkness was fading away so I could see again. There was a strange humming sound, kind of like the sound a flickering light makes, oh wait it was a flickering light. As my vision finally cleared I looked around me with distaste, the walls were concrete and grey, everything was grey and small and cramped and closing in on me. Then my eyes snapped open, I could feel a blade scratching across my chest, no inside my chest. I was tied down to this table, unable to do anything. Some kind of deep set annoyance seemed to be plaguing me at that time, something was missing or forgotten. They were really looking into my chest rather vigorously, it seemed they were searching for something in there, maybe it was the way I just could catch on fire without any negative effect but it effecting others in 'harmful' shall we say ways. Pain is such an interesting sensation, you could even call it an emotion. Pain is both a constructive and deconstructive force, pain can break you as well as build you, there are different types of pain, emotional, physical and mental all having different effects and only work on some people. Many people develop a fear of pain opting to hide away rather then fight and standing your ground, fear and pain go hand in hand people fear pain and pain creates fear. I don't know whether they were pumping me full of painkillers or my body had just shut down any sense of touch, I just felt so numb, my brain process were a little slow.
After what seemed like an age they finally decided that they wouldn't find what they wanted in my chest, so they slowly sewed me back up putting back in all the stuff they took out. It was just tipical that 'humans' wanted more power, oh how soooo unpredictable, they get scared of power so they either try and destroy it or use it to distroy another power that has displeased them. Power and greed, the motivation and the reason for most human behaviour and if you combine that with fear you get desperate. Oh how funny it is to see a powerful person get stripped of that leaving them with nothing, you see their eyes glaze over and their face drain of colour, it is at that moment you can peer into their soul and see that greed and jealous rage burn away to desperate attempts to keep the power. All this thinking has me really tired or was it the stuff they are pumping into my veins, but my vision started to fade again my eyelids closing. Drifting off I feel some sharp object going into my skull cutting it open, such a disconnected feeling but a feeling all the same, they were poking around up there and what feels like they were making space for something. Cold, cold metal, like brain freeze then a strange buzzing sound and some kind of pressure deep in my brain like a block.
"Now sleep!" Someone said, everything stopped.Sorry for the late update been busy with school play and just couldn't write it so here it is now, hope you enjoyed another cliff.
