When it gets to a point where you welcome the darkness because thats all that can comfort you, you have really lost yourself then. I don't know why we bother its just another cycle of events each and every day counting down till our death, but hey I've gotta a job to do.

Light, bright light, shining in my eyes blinding me. I am awake again, pinned down to this table again, they are still trying to find how I do it, trying to make me into a weapon. Fishing around in there, cutting me open the sewing me back up. Pain was welcomed now to replace the emptiness, really I always welcome pain because anything was better than nothing. Oh well might just go to sleep now.

Opening my eyes I felt the restraints loosening up, where they finished? They dragged me into a black van driving off to some far away place. The road was bumpy so I bounced about in the back of the van, my limbs were bound tightly together so I could do nothing to stop the bouncing. They must have been driving for hours when they finally stopped. The doors opened and they dragged me out, oh how funny we were in some kind of Docks, I'd meet my end in a Docking yard, my usual place of business. It was fitting really to end it all where I gained my reputation, like I said before humans try to distroy what they can't make into a weapon because they feel threatened by power they can't control.

"Kneel!" one of the men said to me as I was lying on the floor at the time, I shifted my body into a kneeling position facing them. They thought they had such power over me like they were better than me, gods standing over a peasant, in truth all they were doing was disposing of the evidence. They were the wet-workers cleaning up the mess of the 'boss'. I stood up slowly, those people aren't going to control me. My body started to heat up and flames flickered at my hands, at this point the goons were starting to get scared and confused, my body set alight completely desintagrating my bounds setting me free. These stupid people they should burn, everyone should burn because why bother when all humanity brings to this world is hate and greed. I strode towards them sending a flaming fist right through one of their heads, he collapsed in a somewhat awkward way considering he was hanging off my fist, the other started shooting at me so I melted the bullets mid-air. Running towards him I stabbed my fingers into his eyes and burned his face off.

"Oh sorry mate didn't think you needed them!" I chuckled setting fire to the rest of his body and throwing him across the docks into a shipping container, he was dead in an instant.

There was a loud screeching sound as one of the warehouse doors opened and a man in white walked out, he seemed to be clapping. As he got closer his features were easier to make out I recognised him but I didn't know where from, then it clicked, he was the guy who expiremented on me. I ran at him closing the distance till I was only a few feet away but I stopped something was stopping me, it was like a vice on my brain squeezing harder and harder.

"W-w-what is this, what have you done to me!" I said through gritted teeth.

"I 'improved' you." he said.

"I will kill you! And it will be slow and painful!"

"I look forward to it, but now you must go home and forget everything that happened." he said and once again the light faded forcing me into blackness.
