Chapter 3: Bumper Cars

"Okay guys. So the first thing were going to do is go Bumper Car Riding." announced Namjoon. "Yes!!" exclaimed Suga. I haven't seen him this happy since he found out that he didn't have to do a another version of "Just One Day". Kim pulled out his map of the carnival and he began to scan the map as he had done once before. "Okay. The Bumper Cars are located past the roller coasters down by the second food court all the way on the other side of the park. We better get a move on because it's getting kinda crowded." 

We all followed Kim as he led the way to the bumper cars. I stayed with him talking to my brother about something that I thought he should know about. "Namjoon." I said shyly. "Yah Eun-bi?" he looked at me with his soft brown eyes. "I think I should tell you something about Jimin. He's been acting weird about the whole carnival thing. I tried telling him that he has nothing to worry about but he still seems uneasy. Could you talk to him? Just because your leader and all?" I asked with sincerity. 

"Sure. Anything for my favorite sister!" "Im your ONLY sister Namjoon." "Yah Ik. That's the whole point Eun-bi." I looked at him with a weird expression on my face. He smiled and headed back with Jimin.

I was walking by myself until I was later accompanied by J-Hope. "Hey." he said in his cute voice. "Hi." I said back. I tried not to blush but i couldn't help it. "Why are you blushing?" he asked me. I couldn't even look at him at this point. I was overwhelmed with fear, wonder, and love. I have had a crush on J-Hope every since I met him and I think he liked me too. "I'm not!" 

I yelled. "Yes you are! I can see it!" Said J-Hope. He wrapped his arm around me. I froze. I had never experienced this with J-Hope before. My mind was racing with different thoughts. Before I or J-Hope could utter another word, my brother came rushing from behind. "And what's going on here?" he asked protectively. "Nothing Namjoon. Go away." I fastened the pace of Hopie and I's walking. I looked behind and saw Kim looking intently at the two of us together.

Hopie still had his arm wrapped around me. As we walked, we talked about a lot of things, like the park, the tour, and my brother. I was still nervous to talk to J-Hope and I think he realized it too. "Why so sad?" he asked me. "What? Im not sad. Where did you get that from?" I wondered. "Yes you are! I can tell. Your lips are poked out and your eyes look unhappy." J-Hope described. 

I pulled myself together to gather the strength to look at him. I turned my head and his face was right there. Almost as if we were going to kiss. "Im not sad Hopie... Just nervous....." he looked at me puzzled. "For the Bumper Cars? AYE! Don't be. I'll tel the boys to take it easy on you at first. Okay?" he looked at me reassuringly with his brown chocolate chip eyes. I was so tempted to lean in closer, but I contained myself. 

"Okay. Thanks J-Hope!" I left the embrace of his arm and did something I never thought I would be able to do. I hugged him. And without hesitation, he hugged me back. The feeling of me in his arms was remarkable. He was so gentle yet still manly. The next thing you know, I heard Kim coming from a while yanking me off of J-Hope.

"What are you doing Kim?" I asked "The real question is what are you doing Eun-Bi?" he seemed mad at me. He talked to J-Hope alone for a minute but I couldn't keep my eyes off of him and he couldn't keep his eyes off of me. Namjoon finally walked back over in my direction and as I was walking back towards J-Hope, he pulled me by my arm "AYE!" I yelled. "I don't think so." Namjoon said. 

He made me walk side by side with him instead of letting me go off. I looked back at J-Hope who was now walking with Jimin, Jungkook, and V. I looked back at him several times. And every time I did, he would wink at me and smile at me with that big happy smile of his. I couldn't help but smile. But every time I went to turn around, Kim would turn me back around to face forwards. 

"Why can't i just talk to J-Hope?" I asked Namjoon. "Cuz he's a playboy. He goes from one girl to the next without thinking about how the last girl might feel. I don't want you to be with a guy like that." I looked behind me and saw J-Hope laughing showing his bright white teeth.

We finally reached the Bumper Car station and Suga was ecstatic that we were finally here. "IM GOING FIRST!!!" he yelled. He pushed every one out of his way. Kim handed Suga a V.I.P. pass and he got through. He handed every one else a pass and we followed right behind Suga. Each member choose a car. I got into a green one and J-Hope go into a blue one to the right of mine. We locked eyes for a minute. 

The next thing you know, Kim comes in the front of us and starts driving full speed right towards us. He hit us both head on. "AYE!" I screamed "It's on!" yelled Hopie. He went full throttle and turned his car completely around but ran into Suga. Suga put his car in reverse and ran into Jin and Jimin. 

No matter where we all went, we ended up running right into one another. For some reason, I felt like I was staying close to J-Hope the entire time. I liked it. I didn't even feel awkward or anything. It was the best feeling I have ever felt in my entire life.
