I open my eyes and sit up panting. I take deep breaths to com down. "What the?" I sniff the air again,something's burning. I quickly jump out of bed run down stairs to see what is causing the rancid smell. Then I relies no one is around but then I hear a fit of giggles coming from outside. I tip toe to the patio door and see Biana and Sophie on the ground laughing their heads off. I feel a blush creeping up my neck cause I realize that Sophie's still in her PJs but then again so am I. I quickly wipe the blush off my face.
"What the heck happened," I asked confused. Sophie points to the lawn were I see Dex running around like a chicken with its head cut off, well his tunic is on fire. I crack a smile and start to chuckle.
When Dex finally comes down he starts to make his way back to the patio were all of us are recovering from the laughing fit we all had.
"Thanks for being such good friends and helping me out you guys." Sarcasm dripping from his voice. "Oh come on Dex, don't be such a Debbie downer." Sophie says smiling at her cousin. "Yah and besides it was your fault." Biana adds in. "Wait so happened." I ask really confused.
"Ok so....
Sophie slowly opens her eyes to find her Imparter buzzing like crazy. She lazily got out of bed to see who it was. It was Biana.
"What do you want that has to be this early," Sophie wined. "What ever lazy pants, I was just wondering if you'd want to come over cause Dex wants to try a new potion of his."
"But why this early?" she groaned.
"No idea."
"Fine I'll be there in a five minutes," Sophie seid, "by the way we're have been Linh and Tam lately?"
" They went to Atlantis with my dad to settle things with their parents"Biana anwsered.
"Oh really, well ok I'll be there in a minute."
Sophie quickly got out of bed and got ready and rushed down stairs. "What are you doing out of bed so early on a weekend," asked Grady.
"Going over to Everglen. Dex is trying out a new potion."
"Ok be safe."
"I will."
Sophie quickly kissed him on the cheek and took her leaping crystal and seid, "Everglen!"
I know this is short and not that good cause it's my first story but I hoped you liked it. If I get at least two comments I'll write another chapter. 😄🦄
