New Fanfic! Going to try and keep updating every week!
Sometimes being 18 wasnt as fun as I had thought it would be. Yeah, it had its perks but right now i hated it. I had been bribed to drive two of my friends to Toronto for a concert A damn concert I wasn't even going to be going to. The only upside in this whole situation is that my friends are paying me for gas money and buying me food. If it wasn't for the food i wouldnt be here honestly. The worst part about this drive is how long it is. Luckily, we're about 20 minutes away from toronto, but still. Two and a half hours in a car with two crazy fangirls is hell.
Sophia and Jane were singing in sync to whatever song they were blaring through my speakers. I can't lie, this was one of my favorite songs we've listened to on the drive out. But i really wasn't much of a One Direction fan. Yeah, the blonde one with the irish accent is crazy cute, except I dont want to get myself obsessed with a boy band that i never have a chance of meeting. Falling in love with famous people that don't even know you is not the life for me.
A little while later we ended up parking at the arena they were playing at that night. We decided to walk around and check out downtown because none of us have ever been there before.
"Make sure you both don't leave me, my phones almost dead," I tell them. In hopes they won't leave me like they usually do.
Sophia laughs before saying, "We never leave you what are you talking about?"
In my mind I start think about each time her and Jane have left me. I find 5 valid ones, but keep my mouth shut. We're in Toronto for the first time, we might as well make the most of it.
We walked around for a few hours, Jane bought a couple outfits while Sophia couldn't hold her excitement for the concert. Every few minutes she'd check her phone. It was four in the evening, the concert didn't start for another three hours. I don't know what it's like being a fan girl, but I sure am glad I'm not one.
"We have to go in there!" Jane suddenly squeals, dragging both me and Sophia behind her into the shop. From the outside it looked really small but once you get inside it's actually pretty big.
Jane ran over to a mannequin, "Oh my god isn't this just so adorable?!"
I rolled my eyes and Sophia laughed before she said, "I think you should get that for the concert!"
"Where are you going to change?" I ask, arms crossed.
"Don't be such a buzzkill Tim," Sophia said eyeing me. I threw my hands up and rolled my eyes before walking away to look in the men's section.
Luckily they had a pretty big one, and it was summer so there was some decent clothes out. Summertime was my favorite time of year. It always had been. It was like being free. During summer you can do just about whatever you want without a care in the world. It's just fantastic.
After looking through clothes I walk back to Sophia and Jane who are waiting in line. I go to stand next to them, checking out what Jane was about to buy, telling her all of it was cute. I look over to Sophia who is staring at her phone like usual.
Suddenly she gasps, "Jane. Holy shit. They were spotted one block over from us, we have to go."
Jane dropped the clothes she had in her hands and grabbed Sophia's arm, and out they went. I had never seen them both run that fast. And with that they left me alone in some random store in a city I had never been in, with a dead phone. Great friends I have right?
Everyone was starring at me in line so I kinda just laughed it off and grabbed the clothes jane dropped. Picking them up I walked them over to where she had got it all from before making my way out of the shop. And that's when it hit me; I'm screwed.
