I lost my baby

Aria's POV

I opened my eyes to a blinding light, and looked to the side of where I was laying. It didn't take me long to realize I was in the hospital.
The room was silent other than the steady beeping of the heart monitor.
"Ms.Montgomery, glad to see your up and doing well." The doctor said walking into the room with a cheerful smile on his face.
"Yeah, what exactly happened?" I asked.
"Well what's the last thing you remember?" He asked with a smile still on his face.
I had no idea how you could work at a hospital. Surrounded by sickness, and death everyday all day but still be so happy and cheerful. I've hated doctors and hospitals since I was little.
"Getting shot, in front of my four best friends." I said bluntly.
"Ok, well you were shot In the stomach, and there's good and bad news. Good news is w...." The Doctor started explaining but I cut him off.

The memories of the three positive pregnancy tests, not telling Ezra, or my best friends came flooding back to me. I couldn't loose my baby.

"Wh.. what about my baby?" I asked frantically fear lacing my voice.
"I'm terribly sorry Ms.Montgomery but you lost the baby." The doctor says giving me a sympathetic look.
"But good news is we successfully removed the bullet, and you'll have a full recovery. Once again I'm sorry for your loss, but you can try again within a couple of weeks." The Doctor said but I wasn't quite paying attention after I heard my baby died.

The same questions was repeating through my head how do I tell Ezra? Will Ezra be mad at me for not telling him about the baby before?

I was broken from my thoughts by a loud familiar voice coming from the doorway.
"Aria!"

This chapter is so short, but I hope you guys enjoyed it anyways. I'm going to update this story either every Wednesday or Thursday I think. At least I'll try to get weekly updates in.
