Chapter 8

-Robert-

I woke up the next mornig feeling great. I know Joshua cheated on me but I can care less. He is just another one of those people that you cant trust. Plus its Friday so that means no track practise. I get a free period!

When I finally got out of bed I went to the bathroom, showered, brushed my teeth and picked my afro. I threw on some sweat pants, a shirt and put on my converse. Even tho I didnt plan on looking good I still looked good. After I got dressed I grabbed my bag and went out the door and like always Mari was waiting in her car so she could drive me to school.

"So how are you and Joshua." she sad while smiling and winking at me.

I forgot I didnt tell her what happened.Oops...

"Me and Joshua are over." I said with an awkward smile.

"Whaaaaaaaat?!" she screamed with her mouth hanging open.

"Yea. He cheated on my with Chyna."

"Wow. so are you gonna beat her ass?" she said with an evil smile.

I laughed. "No imma just leave it alone. But if she try to talk to me imma blow up."

"Ok I hope im around to see it." 

"Most likely you will. I walk you to all of your classes and I have no classes with her but see her in the hall. You have a 100% chance of seeing it." I said ending the conversation and turning up the car radio.

#Hours Later#

It was the last period of the day. Thank god. Im tired of walking through the halls and seeing Joshua holding hands and kissing Chyna. That nigga moved on real quick so I might as well do the same. BTW if you were wondering, I am not jealous.

I walked into my last class which was spanish with a smile on my face. I loved this class because I was friends with everyone and since im half Puerto Rican this class is really easy for me. As I walked into class my spanish teacher started talking.

"Alright class before I start the lesson I would like to introduce you all to your new classmate Donavan Kortell"

I looked up from my desk and saw a sexy ass light skinned boy. He was about 6 foot, with blue eyes, and his style was dope as hell. He noticed me starring and he winked at me. Damn... hes perfect.

"I want you all to treat him with respect and show him a good time. Donavan, you can go sit at that empty desk behind Robert." My teacher said. I swear he smiled at me like he planned it all out before class started.

Donavan walked to the desk behind me and sat down. He tapped me on the shoulder and said...

"Hey sexy."

"Hello" I said blushing.

"I saw you starring. See something you like?" he said sounding a little cocky.

"Not really. I just really like your outfit." I said telling a little white lie.

"Your a bad lier. I can tell when your lying when I look into your eyes. Its crazy because we just met."

"Yea what ever Donavan" I said turning back to the teacher with a big smile on my face.

After class what over I got my stuff and started to walk and heard Donavan mumble something.

"Did you say something?" I asked.

"Yea I said you got a fat ass." He said smerking at me.

"Thanks I know." I said then started walking away. I saw him starring at my butt so I took my hands and covered it. He laughed at me.
