I woke up excited for what I have planned for Robert and I to do today. Ive been planning this date for a whole week now. I wanted to take Robert somewhere special today but I didnt know where so I had asked his bestfriend Mari for some advise and she told me that when Robert was a little kid he always wanted to be a shark when he got older but obviously he couldnt so now he loves anything that has to do with being underwater. So Im going to take him swimming with the dolphins and then im going to take him to Applebee's which is his favortie resturate.

I got up and walked to the bathroom to take a shower. 20 minutes later my showers was inturppted by my baby brother knocking on the door.

"Joshy hurry up I gotta pee" he said yelling from the other side of the door.

"Alright im coming out " I said turning off the shower and wrapping a towel around my waist

I stepped out and my little brother runs past me into the bathroom and closes the door behind him in one swift movement.

I laughed, I love my little brother. His name is Jermaine and he's 4 years old with little dreads. He can be annoying sometimes but he's family so I deal with it.

I walked to my room and dried myself off. I go to my closet and put on a simple white T with a pair of blue shorts and my all white Chuck Taylor's. I walked down stairs and made myself and quick bowl of cereal, then went on my way to go pick up Robert.

Robert didnt live to far from me so I got there in about 10 minutes. I knocked on his door and was greeted by his mother.

Roberts mother was very beautiful. She was about 5'5 with long black hair. She had very light skin for a Puerto Rican lady, she almost looked like a white woman. I can see where Robert got his thickness from, his moms was very thick with a big butt... Not that I was looking at his mom like that.

"Hey Mrs. Smith, How are you?" I said smiling.

"Im great thanks for asking. How are you doing?"

"Im great as well. Is Robert home?"

"I'm sorry, you just missed him." she said giving me a sad smile.

"Oh ok, do you know where he went?" I asked curious.

"No, I'm afraid not."

"Ok, thank you for your time." I said getting in my car and driving to Mari's house. Maybe he'll be there.

While I was driving to Maris house I called Roberts phone and it went straight to voice mail.

"That's funny, is phone is never off" I thought to myself.

I got to Maris house and knocked on her door.

I waited a good 5 minutes before her front door opened.

"Hey Mari, is Robert here by any chance?" I asked

"Nah fam. I had called him a couple of minutes ago and he said he had "business" to take care of but he wouldn't tell me what." She said rolling her eyes.

I was about to say something but for some reason I got a feeling that something bad was going to happen and it automatically made me worry.

"Do you know where he went." I asked, I can tell Mari knew I was getting worried by the sound of my voice.

"No I thought he was gonna be with you today." She said sounding a little worried herself.

"No he wasn't home when I went to go pick him up. Do you know where me might be."

Mari stood there and thought for a minute before she said something.

"Before he hung up I heard construction. There's construction going on at the school."

As soon as she said those words I rushed to the car. I didn't notice Mari was right behind me until she got into the passenger seat.

"Don't look at me like that. Robert is my best friend, I'm coming with you to see if he's alright." She said buckling herself in.

I drove to the school a little above the speed limit but not to much to get pulled over. I parked behind the school and saw Donavan carrying Robert on his shoulder. Robert looked like was unconscious.

"HEY!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!" I yelled after him.

Donavan looked back and quickly put Robert in the back of his car and got into the front seat starting the car and driving off.

I ran back to my car and got in driving after them.

"Fuck!" I said banging on the steering wheel. I picked up speed and swerved through cars trying to catch up to Donavan's car.

I just got Robert back, I'm not loosing him again.
