When He Said I Do

Chapter 7

This chapter was hard to write, especially after the way I ended the last one so don't forget to comment on what you want to happen or what you think will happen!

AUTOPSY DOCTOR POV

Although it was an obvious suicide, they still wanted a doctor to assess the damages done to this young lady. I didn't know if she was beautiful or not, but her body was certainly amazing.

As I was going through her organs, I came across something around the pelvic area, and as I investigate it becomes very clear as to what this thing, or should I say being is! It seems as if this lady was PREGNANT when she commuted suicide. She mustn't have known, for it was barely an overgrown egg.

I feel sorry for the young lady for she was missing out on a great deal. I was given the suicide note, so I know why she did this, but this child must have been this Jerry's. I'm sure that wherever they are now they must know that she was pregnant with his child.

SHAWN'S POV

We get back the autopsy reports and we find something seriously odd. She was PREGNANT! I can't believe this because whenever they searched his place they saw condoms and a birth control container in the room of which he was murdered. They were doing double duty! How could this have happened?!

---Later that day

As I approach Kara I calmly tell her to come to the investigation room with me, and off course she doesn't want to.

I end up having to get her handcuffed and basically thrown into the room so I can question her once again.

"Did you and Jerry ever want to have children?"

"Of course, but he always told me he had been sterile for most of his life when he had a tragic accident as a teenager."

"Well then this information will certainly confuse you. During the autopsy on Fe-"

DO NOT speak that name in front of me! I do not wish to ever hear it again!"

"Of course, she was found to be 2 weeks pregnant on her autopsy report. We are not quite aware how this could have possibly happened because when the house was searched that night we found a condom and birth control dispensers."

"HOW DARE THAT SLUT! ALL SHE EVER WANTED FROM HIM WAS HIS MONEY! I WISH THAT HE HAD NEVER MET THAT MOTHERFUCKING SON OF A BITCH THEY CALL FERN! SHE IS, oh excuse me WAS A DISRESPECT TO ALL WOMEN ALIKE!!"

"Ma'am, could you please excuse me for a second?" I say to her.

I rush out of there as quick as my giant feet can carry me. I get to the front office and tell them that they need to go and restrain her, that she through a major hissy fit and needs either something to sedate her, or to be carried out with all limbs held. The staff immediately take action. I don't know what it is with this one that is so confusing?

All this girl does is complain about how Fern was a cheating skank, but she never talks about her actual relationship with Jerry. I doubt it was anything but romantic especially since I found out she was the one to propose to Jerry. She felt that she was just so in love with him that she couldn't stand another moment not being bound in matrimony with him. That was obviously a mistake on both of their parts. Him for saying yes, and her for not waiting long enough for their relationship to get anywhere.

I feel bad for her; however, she almost forced this upon herself. She deserves the consequences of an unhealthy marriage.

So I'm not too good at writing this so it may turn out to be only a few more chapters till I reveal who the murderer is! although that will not be the end of the story. I will still do a trial and everything so yeah.
