I was another day in the life of a rebel and I  waswalking around the base. Suddenly, com link when bepping. I ran to the nearest cave I could find to answer.

Kanan P.O.V
I saw Ezra run away from the base, so I followed him. I still felt like was hiding something, maybe this is the chance to prove it. He went into a cave so I had no choice but to listen from outside. He seemed to be talking to someone but couldn't make the voice. I started recording a hologram for evidence.

Ezra: I know, I understand. My mission is taking longer than expected, but don't worry, I'll make sure the rebels talk one way or another. And if they won't, I'll just have to interrogate the mandalorian.

I knew I was right. Ezra is still evil. He's still the sith we knew he was.

~Later~

Hera: You must have heard wrong.

Kanan: I heard him. He's not truly one of us.

Hera: Are you sure it was him? It could have been someone else.

Kanan: Hera, I followed him. He's still with the empire. He's not who he says he truly is.

Hera: I don't know Kanan. It's not that I don't believe you, but if what you're saying is true, there has to be evidence. Think about it. Commander Soto won't arrest anyone without evidence and Sabine would never believe us.

Kanan: I recorded everything.

I showed Hera the recording of Ezra's conversation and a sadness appeared on her face.

Kanan: Is that enough to convince the fleet about Ezra? About the treasonous act he's trying to get away with?

Hera: I just can't believe it.

Kanan: We have to tell Sabine.

Hera: I say we tell her the truth.

Kanan: What?

Hera: Kanan, we have to think about her wellbeing. This is the first time Sabine has trully trusted someone with everything. It's also the first time she's fallen in love. Yes, she'll be devastated, but she has to know. We just have to be gentle about it.

Kanan: I can't let her date a sith.

Hera: You know you're not her father, right?

Kanan: I know but she is my daughter. I want to protect her and I will. At any cost.

Hera: I know how you feel. Just give it some time so we can think about how we're going to get through this. Because Sabine isn't the only one that was betrayed, okay?

Kanan: I hope you're right.

~Out during the sunset~

Sabine: It's really nice out here.

Ezra: I've never seen a sunset before.

Sabine: What?!

Ezra: Don't make it sound like a surprise. I've seen them in pictures, if that even counts.

Sabine: It doesn't. They look better in person, especially here on Atollon. The sun shines in many different colors.

Ezra: Is that so?

Sabine: Wait until you see it. They are the most wonder things in the galaxy.

Ezra: What about you?

Sabine: What about me?

Ezra: Are they more beautiful and wonderful than you?

Sabine: I think that's for you to decide.

3rd Person
The couple stayed together, watching the sunset together as two birds flew up towards the sky, both in separate ways.

Ezra: That was an amazing, beautiful, and wonderful experience.

Sabine: I told you, but did you look at the color?

Ezra: Yeah, but no sunset could never be compared to you, or your artistic personality.

Sabine: So happy you feel that way because now you have to draw it.

Ezra: What? Why?

Sabine: As a memory for your first sunset.

Ezra: More like our first sunset.

Sabine: Exactly.

Ezra: Yeah, I don't know how to do this.

Sabine: I'll teach you. Drawing is easy, you just have to...

Ezra: If you say what I think you will, you're...

Sabine: Focus.

Ezra: That's it.

And so, Sabine ran away with Ezra close behind with paint cans.
