Chapter 5

*It was still the first day of school*

When I arrived at the bus stop I seen Cameron there. Derek couldn't take me today because he had a doctors appointment. Cameron and I decided to sit together on the bus ride to school. I asked him which house he lived in. He pointed to the one right beside mine. As long as I have been living in Cali. I haven't really been outside and when he showed me his house I was just like

"NO WAY. I live in the one right beside it!!"

his reply was " isn't that just weird" joking around.

Cameron's POV

The day I saw Sophie at the food court I knew I would develop feelings for her. Once she told me that she lived beside me on the inside my heart was going 160 mph but I managed to say " isn't that just weird?"

I didn't want her knowing I had feelings. What if she didn't like me back? I would be crushed. I really like this girl and I'm afraid that once she gets to meet my friends that she is gonna fall for one of them. I have to say if she falls for any if them I think it would be Matthew or Nash.

We got to the school and I showed her around. I asked to see her schedule and I realized that we had EVERY class together!!

1st & 2nd - math

3rd & 4th - English

5th - history

6th - lunch

7th - music

8th - science

We got to first block and our math teacher Mrs. Collins introduced Sophie and said that she would sit beside me in the third row from the back. I was excited but I didn't act that way because I don't want her to know that I'm falling in love with her.
