My fault

Y/N POV
After all the crying and thinking I went back to the house I saw Chara still asleep on the couch. I sighed. I wonder what happened and when she'll wake up. Then I walked to Sans' room to talk to him.

Chara POV
I'm fighting Frisk and losing badly. What does she want from me? "Leave me alone, Frisk!" she laughed then ran up to me and tried to stab me but I dodged it.
"What do you want with me?"

"For you to get of my way,"

"How am I in your way?"

"Don't play dumb,"

"I'm not, I dont know,"

"Ugh you have information that could help (y/n) and I won't allow you to help her."

"Oh-"

She tried to stab me again but I dodged it again. I grabbed her arm and took the knife out of her hand. I  stabed her in the stomach and she screamed. Everything around me started to fade away.

I woke up and saw that I was at Sans and Papyrus house on the couch.  How did I get here? I get up and go in the kitchen to see if anyone is there but nobody was there. So I walk to Sans' room but while walking up the stairs I see (y/n) walking out of Sans' room. She smiles then ran up to me, and tackled me in a hug. I fell back and we both fell down the stairs. We laughed when we hit the bottom. Then she hugs me again.

"You're okay!"

I hug her back. Now to get to business.
I pull away from the hug and look her in the eyes so she knows this is important.

"Listen (y/n) whatever you do don't go near anyone alone. Don't listen to anything you tell yourself even if you think that you're telling yourself to do it. Tell me before you do it. Got it? Frisk is not and I repeat not going to spare you they're going to use every trick they can to get you to kill anyone. Who have you killed so far?"

"Um, Temmie, Asgore, and Undyne. Why?"

"Stay away from Sans."

"What?! Why?!"

"Because he's next."

"But I j-just told him I love h-him." She starts crying.

"I'm sorry but if you love him you would stay away from him. And I'm not saying that they're not going to kill someone else till you get close, they'll kill other people but Sans will die if you get too close." I feel bad for her because she really loves Sans and finally told him that but now she can't even be with him if she wants to protect him. (Y/n) breaks down in tears and I hug her, rubbing her back trying to comfort her but it doesn't really work.

"I hate everything, I  hate this world because everything I get it takes it away from me." She cries so much I doubt that she's planning on stopping.

I feel bad for (y/n), she never knew who her parents were, she was adopted by an abusive family, she only had one person that didn't abuse her but lost her thanks to the guy who adopted her, she had one friend but they weren't really her friend they tried to kill her, but she killed them.

She's right she had something but lost it permanently. I want to help her but I can't I would ask Frisk but she doesn't have feelings for me anymore I guess. You know what I made up my mind. When this mess is over I'm going to do it.

Y/n POV
I cried and cried and didn't want to stop. I lost everything again.

'I have nothing except for Chara but Frisk will take her away from me I just know it. The only thing that confuses me is why is Chara so sure she will survive? Why aren't I attacking her now? No remember what Chara said don't think my mind is officially poisoned so I can't trust anyone but Chara and Papyrus I can't even trust myself anymore. I know I can trust Chara but I'm not sure if I can trust Papyrus. *sigh* I'm so confused.'

I cried to the point I passed out.

Chara POV
(Y/n) got tired of staying in the house so she and I walked outside. Right now I'm trying to stop her from killing Napstablook.

"Frisk stop leave (y/n) and Napstablook alone!" I say as I grab their arm. They stares at me intensely and so do I, she laughs.

"You think I'm going to listen to you? Ha you're funny!" She turns around and stabs Napstablook in his soul. Tears flood my eyes.

"I thought you loved me?!"

(Charisk in this book too don't leave T-T)

Their eyes widen then they look at me. "Excuse me."

"You told me you loved me did you lie to me?!" My eyes start to fill with tears.

"I didn't lie!"

"Then why would you say that? Why won't you listen to me? Why won't you leave (y/n) alone?"

"Don't play dumb you know why!" They leave and (y/n) comes back holding her head.

"What was that all about?"

"Nothing you need worry about."

"Was that the nice way of saying none of your business?"

"Yes." I nod as I respond.

"At least you were honest." I hear her mumble.

We walk home but on the way we bump into a seahorse thing. (Y/n)'s eyes turn red signaling that Frisk is back. She slices him across the chest and he slowly turns to dust. She gains LV. I check her.

I get surprised when I see that the word fallen was crossed out. I wonder what it means by chosen.

'Does it mean that (y/n) is capable of freeing everyone or will free the monsters? I can't tell anyone about this especially (y/n) it would be too much. And if I told a monster they would really put pressure on her because they want to be free.'

I snap out of my thoughts when I realize (y/n) was snapping her fingers in front of my face.

"Hello underground to Chara, anyone there?" I shake my head.

"Um yeah I'm here."

"What were you thinking about?"

"Nothing you need to worry about."

She shrugs her shoulders, and walks towards home. Such a secret I have to keep.
