** Before you read this chapter, I want to warn you about a few things. I wrote this story a little over two years ago, so the writing is really amateur. There are a lot of grammar mistakes, spelling errors, and the plot is just pathetic. I'm currently in the process of re-writing this whole entire book, so you should definitely go check out the revised version on my profile. The second draft is way much better, and everything has already been edited.

Chapter 28 : I love you

++Tori's POV++

I couldn't stop the tears .

No matter how hard I tried to hold myself together , I just kept falling apart . I've never been so clueless in my whole entire life . I just don't understand this . What did I do to deserve this ? How could Amber leave me like that ?! I've done nothing but help her and what does she do in return ? She fucking backstabbed me !

If I wasn't so caught up in helping amber , I could of gotten away ! I could of been reunited with my sister , but of course I just had to help her ! Just thinking about how she left me there to die , made me cry even harder . I trusted her , when I knew I shouldn't have . Why does this always happen to me ?! WHY ?!

"Are you ready to talk to me ? " Scott asked , hopefully .

I didn't reply . I couldn't reply . I had absolutely nothing to say to him . Back in the woods when Marcus attacked me with his knife , I was ready to die . I just wanted Marcus to kill me and take the pain away . I'm sick of suffering , I just wanted to die . But , of course Scott stopped Marcus before he could kill me .. Just like he always does . I know that I should be happy but I'm not . I'm extremely annoyed with him .

I didn't want to be anywhere near Scott . I just wanted to be alone , but that was highly impossible considering we were the only two people in the house and Scott kept following me around like a lost puppy . I don't know how but Scott convinced Marcus to let him take me home , while Marcus continued to hunt amber down .

"Please talk to me . " he begged as his big icy blue eyes bored into mine .

" I don't want to talk . " I whispered , averting my eyes to the floor . His intense stare , sent chills down my spine , making me crave his attention in the worst ways .

" How does your nose feel ? " he asked , after a few minutes of awkward silence .

" It's okay . " I replied , quietly . Scott had snapped it back into place earlier , and it hurt like hell .

" I love you . " he blurted out .

My eyes immediately widened as soon as the words left his mouth . I swallowed the lump that was forming in my throat as my eyes met his , once again . I couldn't breathe . It felt like the wind was knocked out of me . I knew that Scott felt something for me , but hearing him admit it made my heart go crazy inside of my chest . It wasn't like the time Marcus confessed his love for me , it was completely different . I actually felt relieved to hear him say those 3 words . I didn't know exactly know how to reply . Was he lying to me ? Was it just saying that because he thought he had to ? I don't know but I trusted him . I believed that he wouldn't lie to me or play with my feelings .

" W-what ? " I finally croaked out .

" I said that I love you . " he repeated , this time more confidently . By the look on his face I could tell that he was nervous about my reaction . His tongue darted out to wet his bottom lip , his eyes never leaving mine . I could feel my heart swelling with happiness and my lips twitching into a wide smile . For the first time in years , I was happy .

I opened my mouth to tell him that I loved him too but the words just wouldn't come out . My mouth just kept opening and closing like a fish , I was completely speechless . If I couldn't tell him how much I loved him , I definitely wanted to show him .

So without another thought , I smashed my lips into his . He immediately depended the kiss and our lips moved in perfect sync . I shivered with pleasure , as he nibbled on my bottom lip begging for an entrance , which I eagerly granted . My body yearned for him , and part of me knew that I was only using him for a distraction but I did love him , I was sure of it . I tugged at his hair , causing a low seductive moan to escape his lips .

I pulled myself onto his lap , never breaking the kiss . His hand gripped my thighs , as we grinded our hips together . The kiss was so heated and passionate , I whimpered . I wanted him . No . I needed him to take me right here , right now . I felt him harden against me , making me moan into his mouth . My fingers hooked through his belt buckle , as I started to kiss his neck .

" Make love to me . " I begged him , my voice coming out raspy and low from the desire that burned inside of me . I was so turned on by his gentleness , I could feel the heat rising in between my thighs .

I pressed my breasts against his chest , and threw my head back as I palmed him through his pants . He moaned into my mouth , as his tongue explored my mouth .

I was ready to show him how much he meant to me .

It took literally FOREVER to write this chapter , but I'm glad I finally got it done . I just felt really shitty about not updating and I wanted to do a long chapter for you guys , so I hope this was long enough .

Anyway , thank you guys for understanding why I couldn't update . ❤️ My boyfriend injured his knee trying to do a fucking backflip in gym class .😂😂 He's an asshole , lol , but he's fine now 💜❤️
