Okay so this chapter is about Ross's haunting past about his stepfather and everything..(warning suicidal thoughts and self harm)
Ross:so your boyfriends coming back (Ross asks with fear in his eyes)
Stormie:yes..whats the matter Ross?
Before he could answer he heard a car door shut and he ran up the his room
Riker:I'll go check on him
Riker:ross?
Ross:i...i...im scared...rike...
Riker:rossy please don't be...ross I know he's hurt you in the past but that's the past you gotta show him you're stronger now
Ross:b..but I'm not..riker..i still have flashbacks of the times he used to beat me..i still...cry..i mean Haley is my happy...
Riker:Ross please just come say hi or something to him..
Ross:fine..
Downstairs
Rydel:You ok Ross
Ross:y..yea
John:hi Ross how you been?
Ross:f..f..i..ne
John:(smiles evily) you sure are you alright?
Ross:(almost yells) I'm fine!
Stormie:ross! No need for the attitude
Ross:I'm sorry but I don't think I need to be pressured to tell how I am..
John:I'm sorry Ross
Stormie: kids go out the kitchen for awhile I'm starting dinner
Kids:ok
Ross is heading upstairs as John grabs his shoulder and snatches him around.
John:listen kid I'm back forever now there's no getting rid of me now so let the game begin
Ross:please don't hurt me..what are...you..g..onna do...
John:(slaps Ross and makes him fall) I'm just getting started
Ross:(runs to his room and lays on the floor sobbing)
Fuck my past is back...and this is my broken promises to Haley...shes going to hate me...6 new fresh cuts buried deep into my wrists covering old white scars..and the one white deep puffy one..from my suicide attempt..idk what to do..
What do you guys think this chapter honestly broke my heart...i didn't wanna bring John back into the life of the lynches but I was running out of options so I did..anyways I don't think I ever mentioned Ross's age..he's i beileve 15 in this book but anyways hope you enjoyed stay strong and rocking 🤘💕
