Later that night at Ross's party Rocky is showing ross which cords to use on the acoustic guitar he knows electric but he only know a little bit of acoustic we try to ignore and not show our fear for Ross so he won't freak out.. he's having a great time and he's happy he's showing Haley how to play electric guitar and Rocky is showing him acoustic

Stormie:all the kids except Ross & rocky come into the kitchen please

Rydel:yes mom?

Stormie:okay you know it's Ross's birthday right?

All:Yea?

Stormie:well..john broke out of prison and wants "revenge" on Ross we got to keep him safe that means taking him to and from school and everywhere he goes you go with him to make sure he's safe..

All:y..es mam

After Ross's birthday he gets up and is getting ready for school riker is takin him and Rocky is picking him up Rocky finally got his car back! But Ross deals with school gets shoved around a few times by his elementary school bullies and his 2 use to be best friends they also mess with Haley but they ignore it now well..ross tries to..but he's really wondering why all of a sudden his siblings are picking him up and dropping him off he usually walks or rides the bus..

Ross:Haley you okay

Haley:yes love are you?

Ross:it's better when you're around..

Schools over they begin walking out to rockys car they're hand in hand

Rocky:come on love birds don't got all day we still have to rehearse

Ross:ok ok we're coming

They get in his car and begins driving home then rockys phone starts playing his favourite song by the script he answers all you can hear him saying is "no you won't"  "I'll kill you first" etc etc then he slams his phone down and hits his hands on the steering wheel

Ross:r..ocky..whats..wrong..

Rocky:(sighs) no..thing ross...just stressed ..

Haley:are...you sure..?

Rocky:yes guys I'm fine!

Then rockys phone begins blowing up with texts messages and Ross and Haley see a worried angry rocky..ross has never seen his brother this angry
Rocky gets out the car and forgets his phone in the car and it begins going off again..

Haley:Ross don't touch it..

Ross:I just wanna see if my brother is fine!

Ross opens rockys phone and sees something he never wanted to see again..his face goes ghost white he lays rockys phone down and just sits there

Haley:ross..baby...

Ross:i..its John...hes..back!

Ross goes into another panic attack and Haley just holds him and tries to get him to breath...

Haley:Ross baby look take deep breaths

Ross:i..i..ca...n..t..b..reath..h..hes...b..a..c..k...

Haley:he isn't going to hurt you..

Ross:y..es ..h..e..i..s....

Haley:you know Rocky won't let him...

Ross:he...c..ant..protect...m..e

Ross begins calming down and Rocky gets in the car and sees a crying panicking Ross..

Rocky:oh..my..god..

Ross:w..hy...is..he...b..ack..

Rocky:who..

Ross:j..o..h..n..

Rocky:(looks at Ross confused and then sees he left his phonein the car) shit!.. Ross I'm sorry...

Ross:nothing you can do he's back..

Rocky:he isn't going to hurt you..i promise buddy..

Their all home Ross goes to the living room and lays in Haley lap and falls asleepas she plays with his hair and sings God gave me you she always knows how to calm him down..then the doorbell rings and Ross jumps up and flies up to his room..

Rocky:i..its..john..

Riker:go upstairs now Ross lock your door!

And Rocky grabs the door knob and begins to open the door..and who is standing there no other than the person that makes everyone's blood boil..john
