Chapter 16

*Abby's POV*

Harry takes a deep breath looking me directly in the eyes, "You're my mate, Abby"

My eyes widen as the words spill out of his mouth, "I'm your WHAT?!?" I said trying to get my heart rate back to normal. I will admit I did not see that coming.

"You're my mate. You are my missing half, my dream girl, the one that stole my heart, my mate," Harry says looking down to his hands as he says the last part.

"Ok, so how does this mate thing work?" I ask not sure if I want to know the answer or not.

"Um well, I saw you the day before the concert when I accidentally hit you in the face with my shoe. I felt something unexplainable my hands got shaky, my mouth got dry, and I had a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach. My eyes landed on this girl with beautiful blonde hair, blue eyes, and a gorgeous smile," at that his green eyes met mine again."Everything was explainable from there I had found you, my mate. I was dazed the for the rest of the day and i had to see you again. Zayn helped me come up with the plan of sending you the tickets. After that I got the idea as evil as it sounds to hit you in the face and knock you out so I could be closer to you, and get to know you."

"So you planed on knocking me out!" I couldn't believe this the boy that I'm possibly falling in love with knocked me out to get close to me when he could have done some thing normal like met me backstage after the concert.

"Well I had to or else I couldn't...." he looks down at his hands then back up at me. He looked almost afraid to continue with what he was about to say.

"Or else you couldn't.... what!" I demanded.

He looked at Louis for help, but Louis was smart enough to turn away and not acknowledge him. Harry looked back at me fear written over every inch of his face. " Or else I couldn't .... mark you," he said looking at me for my reaction.

Apparently he forgot that I'm human and don't speak vampire, " Um I dont speak vampire. What does mark mean?"

" It means that he bit you," Zayn said saving Harry from answering.

Harry gave me an apologetic look and a some what thankful look to Zayn. He turned back to with the same apologetic look, pausing before saying," Abby I'm so sorry I was going to tell you after everything calmed down but then Liam and Niall met their mate's and I got confused and didn't know how to tell you without this happening."

"I can't believe this! The boy that I'm possibly falling in love with bit me and lied about it. I can't even look at you right now Harry," I said before storming off to Louis' room.

*Harry's POV*

She admitted it she's falling in love with me!!! I'm so happy right now I could kiss her, but I can't do that either because she's mad at me. I walk to my room with mixed emotions weighing me down. I sit on the edge of my bed rethinking everything that happened. I lied to her I knew I should have come right out and told her after I woke up. I knew it, I knew it, I knew it.

" Harry," Liam called through the door.

" Go away. I don't want to talk," I said laying back on my bed. I heard the door open and close, and felt him sit down next to me. " What part of go away don't you understand," I moaned throwing the pillow from under my head at his face.

" Hey, what was that for," he laughed sitting the pillow on his lap.

I sat up on my elbows to where I could see him," What do you want?"

"Just wanted to see if you were alright," he said being serious again.

I laugh to myself," Abby just admitted to me that she's falling in love with me and what did I do to her....lie. I'm overjoyed but guilty at the same time. So yeah, I'm perfectly fine." I plop back on the bed and stare at the ceiling.

"Harry, I think you should go talk to her," Liam says quietly.

"She probably hates me right now, Liam."

"Well, my opinion is you should get of your lazy arse and go talk to your mate whose in the room next to us crying into Zayn's shoulder," Liam says before. getting up and walking out of the room.
