I'd been awake for what felt like hours, leaning against what I could only guess was a wooden bed frame, no mattress or blanket inside it. I had a chair to my left but it was splintered badly, found that out only when I blindly ran my had over it, I couldn't count how many little pieces of ragged wood I had logged into my palm.
I tried calling for help, of course, but there was no answer. And when I tried to find a door or something, I only found bars and stone walls. I felt my way around every inch of the small space multiple times and nothing changed since the first time. But, right before I finally gave out, I found something different, blood.
