I let out a huge yawn.

Zach's sitting next to me in the backseat of our small but expensive looking grey car playing angry birds on his iPhone, while Susan and Peter are in the front seat.

Zach turns his attention towards me. "I don't understand how you can be tired you were asleep for like three weeks."

"Don't ask me" I say letting out a small laugh. I look out the window to take in my surroundings. It looks like we must be in downtown of the town I live in which I now know is kelowna.

Peter takes a turn to the left at an intersection and then at the next light turns to the right, taking us out of the core downtown area and into a nice quiet friendly looking neighbourhood with lots of trees.

All the houses look quite modern and are painted brown and tan colours except one house near the end of the street. It's older looking but still looks homey. It's painted a light airy blue colour and the trims around the windows and doors are white. The paint has started to chip on the house but you can barely notice.

This house looks slightly familiar. "Whose house is that" I ask curiously. Everyone in the car seams to tense up at my question. Peter is the one to answer my question.

"That's Sidney's house Dezarai." says Peter.

"Oh" I say realizing why everyone got so tense. "I'm sorry."

"There's no need for you to be sorry" Says Katerine firmly. "It’s not your fault that you don't remember."

Isn't it? I mean I was the one driving the car so it’s my fault that we crashed, it’s my fault that Sidney died.. So technically it’s my fault I lost my memory as well.

I remain silent for the rest of the ride home as does everyone else. It was really only 5 more minutes till we got to the house but it felt more like hours than minutes.

When I saw the house I was in complete awe. We pulled up to the large rot iron gates that were 7 feet high and surrounded the whole propriety. There were at least 15 acres of land from what I could see at the moment.

Peter presses a white button on a small rectangular box that is clipped to the visor of the car above his head. The gates open and the car pulls forward into the long driveway.

I right away notice that there are 5 beautiful horses in a largest fenced off field. They are all quite close to the edge of the fence, so I am able to get a good look at them.

There are 2 white horses; one is completely white while the other has a mostly grey mane. The third horse is mostly black aside from its white nose.

The forth is the own I find the most stunning it is a gorgeous light shade of brown and has a large streak of white down from its forehead to its top lip. Its mane is a darker shade of brown than its body.

Beside it the last horse which is almost equally as interesting. It is very unique as its markings are different than most horses. Its body is white with splotches of brown and black all over but its mane is a remarkable shade of blonde.

"We have horses?!?!" I ask excitedly, I feel kind of stupid because I know I should remember this but I don't.

"Yeppers." replies Zach, he doesn't ask me if I don't remember I think he already knows the answer to that question.

"We can go down and see them after we show you around the house to jolt your memory." says Katerine with a small almost shy smile.

"Okay" I say giving her a big grin.

When I see the house I am in complete dumbfounded, my jaw drops. The house is not a house but a mansion. It is painted a navy blue colour. And has three floors from what I can see. The house looks very modern and the top floor looks like a ginormous loft with many large windows.
