~Four~

"La push, baby? You in?" Eric asked as Bella and I approached our lunch table.

I laughed softly. "Should we know what that means?" 

"It's a beach." Jessica said as I nodded.

"It's La Push." Eric said again, causing me to laugh.

"Okay, we'll go if you stop saying that." Bella said as I nodded. 

"I'll be right back." I smiled, walking up to the lunch line.

"Hey, babyface." Emmett said, approaching me.

"Hey, you big bear man you-" I said, holding in my laughter.

"Yes, yep. That's definitely what I am." He said, nodding his head to me. 

I huffed, squinting my eyes at him. "I'm getting real sick of you, Cullen." 

"You know you can't get enough of me, Swan." He said with a smirk.

"Shut up." I laughed, pushing him lightly.

"God, you're freezing." I muttered.

"Yeah, I'm just- I'm just to lazy to get my jacket from my locker." He shrugged.

"Hey, my friends and I are going to La Push after school, you should come." I suggested, grabbing a cookie and paying the lunch lady.

We walked out and stopped near my table.

"I don't know, the beach isn't really my scene." He said, looking down at me.

"Then what is your scene?" I asked, tilting my head at him as I took a bite of my cookie.

"Well, if you stick with me then you'll find out." He smirked.

"Well, too bad I don't like you." I teased before walking away from him to my table.

"So, you and Emmett are like a thing now?" Jess asked as I sat down. 

"We're just friends." I said, smiling softly as I sat down.

"Sure." She teased.

"What were you guys talking about?" Mike asked as I bit my cookie again.

"I asked him to come to La Push." I shrugged.

"What did he say?" Jess said, suddenly interested.

"He said it wasn't his scene." I said, clearing my throat.

"Aww, that's too bad." Bella teased, nudging me.

"I don't care. He's just a friend." I laughed softly, punching her arm lightly.

Once school was over we were all carpooling and I sat in the trunk of the truck. I looked around as we passed nothing but trees. After a while I saw that we were passing sand and immediately got excited. Once we found a parking space I hopped out of the trunk and took off my jacket. I tied up my hair and helped Jess get into her wetsuit.

I smiled, hopping into Tyler's van, eating a twizzler. I crossed my legs as Mike, Eric, and Jess went to the ocean with their boards.

"What's really the deal with you and Emmett, Cam?" Bells asked, stealing a twizzler from me.

"We're friends. It'll escalate to nothing more or less." I shrugged, biting into the twizzler. 

"Oh shut up, yes it will." She laughed softly before we heard our names being called.

"Bella! Cammy!" We heard as I turned my heard, seeing Jacob and Embry.

"Jake!" I exclaimed, running to him, giving him a tight hug.
