Time with Mom

A/N-I tried, and found this my most enjoyable story to write, so enjoy!

Summer's POV

I was walking with Ruby talking to her and having fun. We ran into a clearing and Ruby ran into it and lied down, I walked up to her and sat next to her.

"Hey Mom can you sing a song to me?"

"Sure I would love to!"

"YAY Song"

I smiled and started to sing.

"A storm is loosed upon the sea
Whose eye is stained with tears.
A wretch Hell-bound and bent on blood,

the makings of the fearful's fears.

The tide it stole away her grace,

the depths, they wouldn't claim her.
A toil begat by father's blood
This path was laid before her.

Redemption borne by brigand's blood
A blight upon the darkness.
The pact embraced, a road unsought
The Maiden of Death won't be unwrought.

Her wrath is known throughout the black,
the gardens of death she is tending
Vengeance is her only ward
Beware the blood red rose's thorn."

I finished and Ruby sat there smiling and clapping.

"Yay good song!"

"Thank you Ruby"

'Let's play a game now mom"

"Hehe ok what game do you want to play?"

'Hide and go seek!!"

"Alright you go hide and I will count, just don't go too far"

"Ok Mom"

Ruby's POV

I ran looking for a place to hide when I had found a spot, I waited till Mom could find me. After a while I heard someone walking and stayed quiet, but when I saw who is was they were walking towards an little open area farther away from my hiding spot, They were 2 people, they weren't people I knew so I decided to stay where I was, then I heard my Mom calling.

"Ruby I'm coming to find you"

I jumped when I heard her voice and accidentally fell on a stick that broke.

She must of heard it cause next thing I knew she was in front of me.

"Found you!"

"Aww you found me"

"Hehe c'mon let's go for walk"

"Ok"
