"This is more than a crush," Y/N sings low just for her to hear while she writes her history notes. She was currently in history class , a class she has with her Crush , Keith Tyree Powers. Her teacher was grading paper so he let them talk, listen to music, but you have to be writing notes.

Y/N had her earphones in listening to Boys II Men 'Hey lover' while she did her notes. Time to time, she'd look over at Keith, who would always be laughing and talking with his boys that were in his class, Algee and Luke. They were both cute too, but Y/N always had a thing for Keith.

She puts her hands on her cheeks and slouched down. She knew she would never have him as a boyfriend just because he was more up there than she was. He was the boy every girl wanted. Girls have pushed their self on him, but he was never folding.

Keith on the other hand, only pushed girls away because he was looking for a girl that was going to be by his side, riding for him not just with him for popularity and his sex. He felt like at the school he's at now, there wasn't no type of girl like that for him there, when really Y/N was that girl.

"Aye!" Luke shouts a little, looking at Y/N. She didn't hear him because she had earphones in. She stuck some of her hair in the back of her ear and keeps writing the notes from the board.

Y/N then feels someone tap her. She pauses the song and turns around to look at the person that tapped her. When she turned around Keith got a glimpse of how she looked. He thought she was gorgeous. "You need help again?" She says to the person in the back of her, which was a boy named Daniel. He shakes his head and points toward Luke. "He called you." Daniel says while pointing at Luke. She looks his way and freezes when she sees all of them staring at her, even Keith.

"Commere' " Luke says while waving his hand towards him. She takes her earphones out and walks over to The boys. Her hands start to shake as she gets closer to the three boys. When she gets to them she stops and scratches the back of her neck.

"Can you explain the notes for me?" Luke says while biting his lip. Keith watches Luke bite his lip and he rolls his eyes. Y/N looks over at Keith and Keith smiles at her. She hurries and looks away. "Sure," she says while sitting down in the seat next to Luke. As she explains the notes to Luke, Keith watches her every move and how she laughed when Luke said something dumb. He wanted to talk to her, but just didn't know how to. He knew she was different from the girls that pushed their self onto him.

"You get it now?" She says while looking at Luke. Luke nods and smiles at her. "Thank you so much cutie," he says while touching her bottom lip. "I'm having a party today. You should really come," He says while biting his lip. She smiles a little and nods. She then gets up and goes to sit in her seat.

"What her name?" Keith says while staring her down. Luke looks at Keith and looks back at Her. "Shorty name is Y/N," he says while writing the rest of his notes.

"Girl he did what!" Her gay friend, Ja' Monney says to Y/N. They were currently eating outside under some trees. "He kept biting his lip at me and smiling. In my mind I'm like whole time ion like you so stop trynna do allat shit you do with yo hoes!" Y/N says while laughing and putting a bunch of cheddar popcorn inside of her crunchy kurls (sorry if that's not what y'all like 😭).
