SIGNE'S POV
"Why don't you go sit in front of Mr. Fischbach." It was more like a statement than a question. I looked around. Who was Fischbach? A boy with raven black hair and chocolate brown eyes raised his hand, waving me over. I retrieved my bag from the watchers desk and made my way over. I sat in front of him and next to a guy with neon green hair and ocean blue eyes. He was kind of cute, but I wasn't going to say anything. The teacher went through roll call then allowed us to talk to one another for the rest of the period. The girl with the bright blond hair and dark brown eyes next to the Fischbach guy mumbled something like a yes. When the teacher was done, the 3 people around me turned to me. "Hi, I am Mark," the Fischbach, or Mark said sticking out his hand. I politely shook it. "This is Amy and Sean, who prefers Jack," he introduced his friends. They both waved at me. I smiled shyly at both of them. They seemed nice. "What do you like," Jack asked. "W-well I love d-drawing, and I h-have recently s-started l-liking to c-cacti, and I l-like the c-colour o-orange," I replied. "Nice! Do you take the art elective," Amy asked excitedly. I nodded. "Yes! I'm not the only one there!" She put her hand out for a high five. I did it, not wanting to leave her hanging. "Aww! I have band," Jack whined. I giggled. "What about me," Mark asked, sounding hurt. "Eh, nobody cares about you," Jack said, waving his hand dismissively. I laughed. These people were funny. "But Jack! I love you," Mark said playfully. "Well, I don't," Jack said, putting him down. Mark started fake crying. "BURN," Amy shouted. Everyone turned to our loud group. I put my head down, heat creeping up my neck. "No need to be nervous, Signe," Amy whispered, patting my back. I smiled kindly at here. I might have already made some friends on the first day.
