Collecting The Past

Noctis stepped into the dark entrance of the cave inside was a tomb of a past king.

"This is a King's tomb looks like. You will find the rest of these in caves." Cor explains. "They will help you greatly on your quest to reclaim the crystal."

Noctis nodded and held his hand out letting the sword bind with him. It spins around him for a moment and then dissapered. Ignis and Gladio used this moment to slip away. Prompto was to busy to notice them but Cor how ever did. He hands Noctis a map. "Take a moment to look at this and I'll be back. I need to scout the area." He walked out after Noctis took the map and followed the two.

Ignis and Gladio ran behind a pile of huge rocks and chuckled as they held eachother. Ignis nuzzled Gladiolus' neck as Cor stared at them from behind the rock pile.

"So this is why you to were hard to find in hammerhead." Cor said. The two froze. Noctis must have told him about their hideing.

"Could you please not tell him about this?" Ignis asked lightly. He was nervous but he didn't show it. Cor stared at the two for a moment and nodded before walking away. Gladio looked into his lovers eyes with a worried look.

  Back in the cave Noctis was looking at the map as Cor put a hand on his shoulder.

"You think you know where to go?" Cor asked.

"Yeah." Noctis looks around. "Where is Ignis and Gladiolus?"

"They went out to get ingredients for tonights dinner."

Noctis thought for a moment and nods. "If you see them let them know Prompto and I went to the next cave." He turns and leaves with Prompto.

Back behind the rock. Ignis was laying in Gladio's lap takeing a small nap. The tall sheild chuckled lightly.

"I knew you yelling at Noctis for not getting up early was a bit hypocritical. You can hardly handle it yourself." All he got was a snore in response. Gladio leaned against the rock and closed his eyes. "I should wake him up and head back but he's so precious like this. I'm sure a few more minutes won't hurt" He closed his eyes and fell asleep.
