My whole family serenaded me as I sat in my seat cringing over the thing that is the happy birthday song. But really what are you supposed to do? Sing along? Just sit there and smile? Really I don't think there is an answer.
" Okay, Okay" My mum started, "Open your presents!"
She handed me 4 neatly wrapped boxes and an envelope. The boxes had pink wrapping paper on them with little ' 16's ' all over it. I reached for the envelope, I always opened my cards first.
"No!" My mum shouted.
"What!?" I asked, " I always open my cards first."
"It's not a card." She replied. "Try this one." She said as she pointed to the smallest box.
I picked it up and carefully unwrapped the paper. Inside it was a rose gold necklace with my name imprinted on it. "OMG! I love it!" I Shouted as I clipped it round my neck. "Which one next?"
I then unwrapped all the boxes leaving the envelope till last. I had gotten a necklace, the iphone7+, new makeup brushes and a new pair of mint green vans, my favourite colour.
"Wait till I get my phone," my mum said, "I need to get your reaction."
"Okay ..." I said worried for what it is.
She came back with her phone and pressed record. I gave her a weird look and she gestured me to open it. I slowly opened the envelope and pulled out two white pieces of card. I stood up shocked. I couldn't get a word out of my mouth. She didn't, they didn't.
"No way!" I finally screamed.
Everyone started laughing but I didn't care. On the pieces of card it read,

"Omg omg omg omg, no no no, I can't believe it I'm going to meet them!" I said. I couldn't believe it. My one dream was coming true, to meet the Dolan twins.
I ran over and gave my mum a hug and then the rest of my family.
"There's one for Alexandra to." She said.
Of course! Me and my best friend had always been obsessed with them. She will actually run around her neighbourhood screaming knowing her. I quickly got her contact up and rang her.
"Hey Birthday girl, what's up?" She said.
"Lexi you will never guess what!" I said.
"Did you fall off a cliff and break your bones?" She said sarcastically.
"Omg, how did you know?" I said laughing a little.
"Well what is it?" She asked.
"I got.." I started, "TICKETSTOGOSEETHEDOLANTWINS" I said it so quickly but I was too excited.
I didn't hear a reply.
"Lexi?" I asked.
"Sorry I just died I little, ARE YOU ACTUALLY SERIOUS!?" She asked me.
"Yes and guess who's coming with me?" I said.
"Me, I swear it better be me or I will get my baseball bat and come over and swing your head off." She threatened.
"Wow wow, OK little extreme don't you think? And since when did you have a baseball bat?" I asked laughing.
"I can always go but one. Duh" she replied.
I laughed into the phone.
"Well yea of course your coming with me Lexi! Who else would I bring?"
" that's the point, no one." She said laughing to herself. "Well when is it?" She asked me.
"Good question," I said, I hadn't even checked, "oh my gosh, it's on Friday."
"What! That's like two days away Ell, we have to buy new clothes,new makeup,we have to prepare everything!" She said listing off the things we have to do.
"Yea.. another problem, it's In Dublin.. We might have to go down south tomorrow."
"Omg I'll have to go ask my mum, where will we be staying?" She asked me.
"Lex I have no idea I only found out 10 minutes ago, you go ask your mum and I'll call you back when I ask my mum all these questions ok?" I asked her.
"Yea ok, ring me back as soon as you can." She said.
"Will do, talk later." I said as I hung up.
I ran downstairs into the kitchen were my mum was standing making breakfast.
"Mum?" I started.
"Yes?" She replied.
"Can you explain what is all happening about me and Lexi going to the 4ou tour?"
"Oh yes of course, well I've already asked Alexandra's mum and she says it's fine. Tomorrow we will go shopping and then drive down to Dublin, we will stay in the hotel ' handels' and then on Friday you two will go to see the twins." She explained.
"That sounds perfect." I said.
I ran back upstairs and rang Alexandra again and told her all about what's happening. We then just started talking about the twins. How we would make Ethan and Grayson fall in love with us, impossible we knew but we would still try. Alexandra preferred Grayson were I was more of and Ethan girl.
A little later on we ended the call and I got ready for bed. I couldn't believe this was happening, it was the best birthday present ever. I went on snapchat and saw Ethan had posted something on his story. I clicked on the video and watched it.
' Hello Dublin! '
He had arrived in Dublin. The video was of him getting off the airplane with the lights of Dublin surrounding him. Knowing he was only a few hours away from me gave me butterflies. And then another video was posted.
' I can't wait to meet you guys here! '
I locked my phone. "I can't wait to meet you too E" I smiled to myself and fell asleep, tomorrow is the start of the best few days of my life.
