I woke by my alarm ringing through my whole room. I rubbed my eyes and then sat up from my bed. I was sixteen now, and I felt .. Different. I stood up and remembered what I was doing today. I was going down to Dublin to see the Dolan twins tomorrow. I smiled to myself before unlocking my phone and watching Ethan and Grayson's snapchat story. They always made me smile. The videos were of Ethan pouring water on Grayson trying to wake him up. I laughed and then got dressed. I threw on a pair of leggings, a white crop top and my vans. I let my hair down and lightly curled the ends of it. I applied some makeup and ran downstairs to find my mum who had made breakfast.
"What's for breakfast?' I asked.
"Well there's pancakes, bacon, pains au chocolate and yogurt." She said, "Alexandra should be here in 10 minutes or so."
"Oh ok." I said as I picked up a pancake and spread some Nutella on it.
10 minutes later Alexandra walked through our front door. We didn't have to knock on each other's doors. We have literally known each other since we started playgroup. We had been best friends ever since.
"Ooh I smell food!" She said as her head popped round into the kitchen.
I laughed, "Hurry up and eat so we can go shopping."
"Typical you, always wanting to go shopping." She said as she rolled her eyes.
"Well I'm not paying so why wouldn't I want to spend someone else's money on myself?" I replied laughing.
"Good point." She agreed.
"OK girls, go get your bags and meet me in the car In 5 mins." My mum shouted from upstairs.
We both looked at each other smiling. We both were so excited to meet them. It is an actual dream come true.
~ 20 minutes later ~
We arrived at the mall a little while later. Me and Lexi went into a million shops or as it felt like. We went into this shop, it had bright lights surrounding it to light it up and had tables with clothes neatly folded on them.
"Omg!" Lexi shouted, "I think I've found something perfect for you!"
"Ooh let me see." I said.
She showed me these white jeans and a nude brownish colour top with little rectangles cut out. (Picture at top) I walked into the first changing room that was available. I pulled on the clothes and turned around to look at myself in the mirror. It was perfect. I walked out to show Lexi.
"There's no way Ethan will be able to get you out of his head!" She screamed.
"I know right?" I sarcastically laughed.
"he will be blown away."
I just laughed at her. My best friend was truly the best. She always knows how to make me smile.
"What are you wearing?" I asked her.
"I think this." She ran into the changing room and got changed. She came out in this white cropped top and a pair of black jeans.
"Watch out Dolan twins here we come." She shouted, the whole shop turned and stared at us. I just laughed and went back into the changing room and changed back into my clothes.
I went up to the till and payed with my mums credit card. We came out of the shop and went over to the makeup store. We bought our makeup and made our way to the coffee shop where my mum was waiting for us. We had our lunch talking about how excited we were for tomorrow. Once we had finished we went down to Dublin.
Tomorrow was going to be amazing.
