I turned around to see Ethan looking down at me smiling. I smiled back at him and tucked a piece of hair behind my ear.
"You don't look too bad yourself" I said raising my eyebrow while eyeing him up and down. "Congrats on your win" he said still having his eyes locked on mine. "Yea you too." I said.
"I heard you ran into Grayson the other day." He said. "Yea I did." I replied. "Just so you know I'm a much better tour guide than Grayson is." He smirked. "Oh really?" I sarcastically asked him. "Yea, you wouldn't want him, he'd definitely get you lost and you don't want that do you?" He playfully asked me. "No I don't." I replied laughing. "Well then I guess I'll have to take you." "I guess so."
He held out his hand indicating for me to give him my phone and I did. He typed in his number and saved himself as My hero ♥️. He handed it back to me and I laughed at his contact name. "My hero?" I asked him. "That's for me saving you from Grayson. He replied laughing. I laughed in reply. "Well text me soon." He said smiling. "Yea I will." I replied. I couldn't help myself from smiling like an idiot. It was nice to see him again. He gave me one last smile, still withholding eye contact and walked away back to Grayson.
Lexi ran over to me with her mouth wide open. "Oh my God what was that about?" She asked me excited. "Nothing." I replied still smiling. "Really? So you giving him your phone and smiling like a complete idiot is nothing?" She said. "Stoppp, he just said he'd show me around LA." I replied still not getting over the fact that this had just happened to me. "Like a date?" She asked smiling. "No not like a date." I said. "Right well we'll see about that." She said winking. She grabbed my hand and dragged me over to the bar and ordered us some drinks.
Hours passed and to be honest I was a little drunk. Me and Lexi ended up on the dance floor among many others just having the time of our lives. I was dancing and not paying attention until I bumped into someone, stumbling and falling. That was until I felt two arms being wrapped around me catching me before I fell to the ground. I turned around and I saw Ethan. "Hey you" he smiled. "Heyyyy Ethannnn" I slurred. "Are you drunk?" He asked me. "Who me? Nooo" I replied laughing at myself. "Riiight." He replied laughing at me. I stared into his eyes as he was staring into mine with his arms still around my waist helping me balance myself. "You ok?" He asked me. "Yea I'm fine." I smiled.
I suddenly saw a flash, my attention from Ethan being interrupted. I turned my head and saw Lexi standing there with her phone camera pointing at Ethan and I. "hey!" I shouted. "What?" She replied laughing at me. I turned back around to Ethan. "I'm sorry." I said. "For what?" He replied. "For her." I said laughing. He laughed shaking his head and then looking into my eyes again. "Anyway I should probably go." I said. "Yea me too." Like replied. "I'll text you." I told him. "You better" he laughed and I smiled. I walked back to Lexi who was a little more sober than I was and she linked our arms and we walked out to the Uber she has already ordered. On the drive home I looked out the window reminiscing on tonight's events. My thoughts trailed back to Ethan and how perfect he looked in that shirt and his hair was perfectly groomed. I smiled to myself.
We arrived home and I took off my makeup, changed into a pair of black nike pro shorts and a large white tee. I sat at my vanity while Lexi Dutch braided my hair. We climbed into my bed at watched some episodes of friends until we finally drifted to sleep.
