Rebeccas POV

Daniel and I were going out tonight, he said it was somewhere special. To help take my mind off things.

Lately, Daniel has been the only thing I have. But I still feel apart of me to be distant and strange with him. I dont know why. But I always feel safe when he is around.

He was picking me up in an hour and I just got out of the shower. When I get to my room I choose out a matching pink and black underwear set, then I beging putting on light makeup. Nothing to dramatic, just some nude eyeshadow with mascara and small wings.

I blow dry my hair and let it stay naturally wavy. After putting away my hairdryer and makeup I walk to my closet. I just put on a pair of jean short and a black tanktop. I wrap a pink plaid flannel around my waist and put on my black vans.

After Daniel picks me up we drive until we enter a rocky road surrounded by tree.

"Jeez, seems like youre bringing me to my tomb." I joke as I look out the window.

"Ha! You deserve a tomb more beautiful than these ugly woods." he days and places a hand on my knee.

I look down at his hand and my stomach does a weird flip. Not a happy, lustful flip. An anxious flip. I know I can trust Daniel, but.. I feel like something terrible is heading my way.

We park in a parking lot with a couple cars and some people gathering there things to leave. I look at Daniel questionably and he just smiles before getting out of the car. I get out and meet him at the back of the vehicle. He opens the trunk and I see a closed basket and a backpack full of stuff.

"What is this?" I ask looking at him with a half smile.

"We are going FlippyDisking." he smiles largely and slams the trunk shut before walking away from the car.

I hesitate before following.

"Excuse me what?"

" Frisbee Golfing."

"Okay. That explains so much." I say sarcastically.

"And I have a dinner for 2, afterwards at the creek."

He continues explaining how to do this 'FlippyDisking' as we walk on a trail. I dont understand until he stops me right in the middle of the trail.

"Look." he says and points out into the trees.

I look around and see nothing, I glance at him and places a hand on my chin tilting it towards a strange things sticking out of the ground. It was like a basketball hoop, except there was like a net at the bottom.

I crinkle my face and look at him, "Wow, a strange cage thing." I say with a smirk.

"No, its a game. Watch." he says and sets down the basket and pulls off the backpack.

He unzips the front pocket and pulls out two frisbees, he hands me one then tells me to stand back. I obey and take a couple steps away from him.

He gets into position like he is about to hit a ball with a bat, then throws the fribee through the trees. It lands gracefully into the weird net thing and he expresses mass excitement.

"So all we do is throw this," I hold up the frisbee "into that?"

He nods and smiles.

"Yup, FlippyDisking."

"Thats so easy. What kind of game is this?" I sass and get into position.

I prepare and throw the frisbee as hard as I can. I watch it fly perfectly until it slams into a tree, stopping it immediately. It falls to the ground and I pout. Daniel giggles and begins walking to my frisbee.

"Well I lost." I say disappointed.

"You get to throw again." he says and picks it up, handing it to me. "From right here."

I take his place and throw again, only to miss once more.

"Ugh!" I sigh and march to it.

After about 30 minutes we finally make it to the last hole and I get the hang of it. But Daniel still won anyways.

He guides me to a nice area with a picnic table by a clear creek. I sit down as he places the basket and his backpack down. He opens the basket and pulls out a container with spaghetti in it, garlic bread, a bottle of wine, plates and utensils, and a small strawberry cheesecake. I smile and reach to dig in but he stops me, I look up at him confused.

"Would you like a puff?" he smiles and takes out a small container from the basket.

He opens the container and I see a bag filled with green buds and a couple rolled blunts and a couple joints. I smile and nod. This dinner was about to be bomb.com but first we needed to lighten the mood...
