Sam's POV

After Cass left I got into the car. I started the engine and let her purr. Looking in the mirror into the back seat, Dean seemed to be content for the moment. He was playing with his army men.

I pull out of the park and start the prolonged journey to the next park.

I get on the interstate and start driving. It takes about 30 minutes before we actually get over to another state. Only two more two go.

It was dead quite except for the light hum of 'Turn The Page' by Bob Seger and the cars speeding by. I look up in the mirror to see Dean's head fall to his chest and back up.

I turn the radio down a little bit more so Dean could go into a mini nap. It seemed to work as I look back in the mirror and his head hasn't bobbed back up in a while.

I drive for a little while longer before the silence is penetrated by the sound of my phone going off. I grab it and check who it is and I answer it.

General POV

"Hey ,Cass. Did you find him?"

"Hi, Sam. I did. He said that he had to look more into it. He needs to see what there is to see. I don't understand what he meant by that, though. How is Dean?"

"Dean is fine. He wore himself out. We just crossed the state line not to long ago. We still have a long way to go." Sam answered.

"I'll meet you in a few minutes. See you later." Cass said.

"Okay. See you then." Sam responded as the line disconnected.

Sam laid his phone in his lap and put his hand back on the wheel. He continued to drive. It didn't take long before Cass showed up.
