(Some potions/ingredients are made up because I cba to look up actual potions. Sorry if that annoys you.)

Harry POV
Potions had to be the worst thing about Hogwarts. I really should try and pay attention so I don't look like a fool in front of Draco later but how could I look interested in Snape droning on. Draco looked interested and like he was enjoying whatever Snape was on about. I decided to try and tune in and figure out what was so interesting.
"Due to the fermented mushrooms, this potion is an excellent repellent to most dragons. Obviously your dark arts teachers should tell you this if they decide to do their jobs properly." He said, spitting the last line, like it was dirt. This created a lot of smirks and sniggers and even Snape himself smirked at his comment. He couldn't stand the new dark arts teachers. I don't think he's ever liked them...well maybe he liked one. I glanced over at Hermione's paper and copied down any visible notes plus adding the only comment I heard. I zoned out again, thinking about what I would wear tonight, definitely not my robes or pyjamas. My thoughts were interrupted by Hermione nudging me.
"Thank you Miss Granger for reminding Mr Potter that he is still in class. As I was saying, Mr Malfoy and Potter, I would like to speak to you at the end of the lesson." Snape said before carrying on a debate on willow leaves and dried bat wings.

"What do you think that's about?" Hermione whispered to me. Ron shuffled over so he could hear the conversation. I could see Draco out the corner of my eye smirking at us. A smile crept onto my face.
"Um I think Dracos gonna tutor me for that test we have. He mentioned it last night but I wasn't sure if it would happen." I whispered back, pretending to be flicking through the Potions 101 book that lead in front of me.
"Luckily your friends now or that would've ended badly." Hermione whispered quickly. I flicked to the page that was written on the board.
"You sure it's just studying. Maybe he could help you with some other problems." Ron said winking at me. I could feel the heat of embarrassment on my face as I glanced over at Draco. He was copying down notes as usual.
"Mr Potter have you copied down the points at the bottom of the page." Snape said, walking over to asses my work. I shook my head and he glanced at me.
"Do it now or do it in detention." He said before walking over to another desk. I scrawled down the notes, thank god I didn't have double potions today or I would've gone mad. It was the end of the lesson and everyone was packing up and leaving.
"Do you want us to wait for you?" Hermione said. I shook my head,
"Nah go ahead, I'll see you at lunch." I said smiling before they left the room.

Snape turned to us.
"Potter you should be very grateful that Mr Malfoy here has offered to give up his free time so you don't fail this class." I stood in silence and nodded my head. He turned to Draco,
"The room you asked for has been cleared and cleaned. Don't be in there all night, Dumbledore said no later than 11." He said before turning back to both of us. "Here is a list of all the things you need to work on for the test, don't give that to your friends Potter, its suppose to be a surprise." He added. I nodded and left the room with Draco behind me.
"So what shall I bring?" I asked.
"Books, writing equipment and yourself. Meet me as soon as you finish eating, remember first room to the left of Dumbledores office. See you later!" Draco quickly said before dashing off to his class.

The rest of the day dragged on slower than usual. After what felt like 1000 years I made it back to my common room. I went into panic mode. I only had two and a half hours to figure everything out and get to dinner!
"Harry why are you pacing?" Ron asked as he walked in with Hermione.
"N-nothing um I'm gonna have a shower. I'll see you in a second." I said, walking into the bathroom. Then I realised I forgot my clothes. I walked back into the bedrooms, blushing as Ron laughed at me.
"Forgot something?" He laughed. I didn't answered and grabbed some clothes hoping they would go together. I took a long warm shower, making sure I was clean and smelt good. I carefully dressed into the clothes that luckily matched and didn't have a wrinkle or mysterious stain on them. Quickly I went and glanced in the mirror, my dripping hair looked wild and Uncontrollable. I rubbed my towel over it at least 100 times before it was dry enough to be styled. I combed it into my classic hairstyle, hoping that it looked good. Diving into my wash bag, I found a random spray that Ginny gave me for Christmas and spritzed it around my body. Why did I care about my appearance so much, it's not like...ugh Harry stop denying it, your gay...maybe...I don't know! I sighed and exited the room trying to hold back my emotions. Hermione and Ron whistled and shouted at me.
"Someone looks good!"
"No wonder you took so long in there!"
"We can't even get you to look this god. Malfoy's one lucky dude." The last one earned Ron a death stare. I went to speak before Ron interrupted me,
"We know your not gay we get it." He said, holding his hands up in defeat. My heart twung in pain and I started to shake.
"Harry are you okay? You've gone pale and are you shaking?" Hermione said with panic in her voice. I took a deep breath.
"I'm fine, just hungry. Can I borrow your potions book and the one on Botanicals?" I asked, trying to change the subject. She nodded, passing me the books. I added them to my pile.
"Um Harry do you think you'll need all of those?" She asked. I stared down at my pile, there was eight books.
"Yes. Oh my look at the time, we better get down to the hall." I said before dashing out the room.
