Harry POV:
my eyes flickered open and instantly shut due to a blinding light. Great, I died.
"HARRY? HARRY!" A female screamed.
"Mum?" I croaked back. A warm, soft hand caressed my face and I opened my eyes expecting to see her. To my dismay, it wasn't. Hovering above me, with tears streaming down her face was Hermione.
"Your alive!" She cried.
"Apparently so. But I might die of dehydration." I replied. She laughed and grabbed me a glass of water, wiping her tears as she went.
"Ron just went out to inform a nurse and others that you're awake. I'm sure you'll have loads of visitors." She said as she guided a straw into my mouth.
"Pomfreys normally here in milliseconds, where is she?"
"Harry, I don't know if you remember much but Hogwarts has been destroyed. You're currently at Saint Mungos. " She said softly, tears welling up in her eyes again.
"Wait what? Where's Draco, is he alive? Is everyone alive? Where will we go?" I panicked. I couldn't be sent back to privet drive!
"Dracos alive. He's in another ward, probably the private one. He was unstable but as soon as you shot the killing curse, he apparently bolted up and screamed your name. It was like he knew and he wouldn't leave your body for ages, they had to drag him away and then he slipped back into unconsciousness again. Everyone else is relatively fine. Some deaths, but no one we're close too. Still upsetting though. Hagrid had a concussion, Neville broke his arm and Ginny had to get stitches but overall everyone's more emotionally scarred I think." Hermione replied. I felt like a weight had been lifted off me, he was alive. I know it was bad that I wasn't caring about the others, but I couldn't focus on anything except Draco.
"I want to see him." I blurted out. Hermione looked at me with sympathetic eyes.
"Harry, you're too weak."
"What happened to the death eaters? Where will Draco and I live?"
"A lot of them got sent to azkaban and are awaiting trial. Dracos parents took your advice and gave themselves up to the ministry right away. They're awaiting trial and being held at the ministry. However, the ministry feels that they're not a good influence on Draco so he's gonna stay with you at the Weasleys." Hermione explained, sounding like a textbook.

A small lady walked into the room followed by Ron who gave Harry a big grin.
"Hiya mate. I brought you some sweets, however your not allowed them yet." Ron said. I smiled.
"Mr potter, it's splendid to see you finally awake. You've been in a coma for a week now!" The woman said. Jeez, a week! Guess I've finally caught up on all the sleep I've missed.
"Um when can I have visitors?" I sheepishly asked as she shone a light in my eyes.
"Well I don't see why you can't today in visitor hours." She replied.
"What about someone who's in the hospital? Would they be able to come down here? I wouldn't mind if it's only for a short amount of time, just to see them." I rambled.
"Hm depends on their state. What's their name, I can maybe tell you how they are."
"Draco Malfoy. I don't know what ward he's staying on, but probably a private one. He probably hasn't had any visitors."
"Ah." The nurse said with a twinkle in her eye. "Mr Malfoy is staying in the rose ward, a private one and has only had one visitor, a professor." The nurse said.
"Probably snape." Ron suggested.
"Yes that was it. I work that ward sometimes. He's actually being released later today into a foster family."
"Yes my family." Ron grumbled, while shoving his head into his hands. Hermione rolled her eyes and Harry giggled.
"I can tell he means something to you, so I'll see if I can get the family to bring him down on the way out." The nurse said before leaving.

The expected visitors came and went as planned. Hagrid who had a massive bandage round his head, brought me card and a little 2D dragon he had knitted while in hospital. Dumbledore, who looked older and distressed, brought  grapes and a magazine that was older than I was. I was getting tired and achey, but I still longed to see Draco. It was distressing me that it was getting so late and he still hadn't come to see me. Lying alone in a hospital room was no fun. The constant beep of machines and trill of a phone was slowly killing me. Both Ron and Hermione had left after visiting hours to leave me to rest, but I was restless! Nurses came and went every hour, probably just to check I was still alive. They all prodded and poked until they were satisfied, it was horrible. I felt like every pet Dudley had ever owned.
