"Guys who is up for movies marathon at my place tonight?" I asked with an excited expression. It's been ages since we had done that. It was always a tiny ritual that our gang followed. Every month we had a movies night at my place. It was always on a Friday so that the gang could stay in late and there would be no issues for school the next day. Sometimes we would invite Jason's elder brother, Austin, but since he was usually busy with the job in the pizza shop across the street he could hardly make it. That was the thing I liked about Jason's parents- they were rich but at the same time they didn't give the Jonathan brothers everything they wanted on the silver platter. It was a good thing, wasn't it?
"I'm in," Jason answered.
"We're in too," the twins replied in unison with the same tone. It gave me creeps whenever they did things like this. "Guys y'all really need to stop doing that. You know it scared me right!" I half-yelled. They just rolled their eyes together in reply.
The Steven brothers..
"Okay, what about you Emma?" I asked while taking a huge bite from my pizza.
"I'm gonna join y'all a bit late because I have singing classes." Emma loved singing since childhood. She lived a few blocks down the street from my house. It was always her passion and she wanted to join one of the best art colleges in England. Well, with the way she sings any college would whole heartedly accept her.
"What about you Alessia?" I turned around to ask her.
"Uh..um..y'all carry on. I don't think my dad is going to allow me," she said with a frown on her face. That's why I hated Mr. Hamilton.
Strict parents make the best liars...
"Oh.. okay," I said not pushing it further.
I started devouring my pizza when everyone's gazes fell on the person entering the canteen. He wore black jeans and a white v-neck tshirt which hugged his body perfectly and showed off his muscular body. His black Raybans covering his eyes and his curly hair pointing in every angle as if he hadn't brushed his hair. Yet, he looked very attractive. I stared at Zach as he took a seat next to me and took out his glasses, hanging it on his white tshirt. "Take a picture, lilly. It'll last longer," he said while grabbing the pizza from my hand. I punched him on the shoulder and yelled at him, "Give my pizza back you jerk. I don't share food."
"Well looks like I've to take a bite from it now," he said while taking the biggest bite from my pizza. I wanted to slap that idiot for stealing my amazing pizza. How dare he?
"You're so annoying," I huffed and grabbed another piece of pizza from my tray.
"Y'all indirectly kissed each other, you know?" Leo said while laughing. I glared at him and he tried to control his laughter by putting a hand over his mouth.
"Why not? I could kiss Lilly directly too. I'm sure she wants a piece of this," he gestured by pointing at himself.
"Not even in my wildest dreams, jerk."
"Well, don't lie Lilly. We all know how desperately you want me."
"In your dreams."
"Oh you wanna know what happens in my dreams?" He asked with a smirk.
I scrunched my nose in disgust and looked at Jason who was intensely glaring or maybe even throwing daggers at Zach. I was so confused right now? I'm sure it was not because what Zach had been saying. It wouldn't make him so angry, would it? The twins kept on talking about such disgusting stuff. He never really minded. In fact, even he spoke about such stuff! I took his hand in reflex and suddenly he seemed to calm down. Since my mother passed away seven years ago, Jason and Austin were the elder brothers I never had. I literally shared every thing with them.
