The aftermath of the world collapsing upon itself was difficult for everyone left to handle. With modernized society leaving people to fend for themselves, all those left had to resort to salvaging the remnants of modern society to survive; then an even more difficult task stood in front of them.

All the salvageable materials were used to provide for the people in this last, remaining society. The materials gave food and shelter to all those who needed it but then a need for resources to sustain such life became more difficult to attain. A formal community had to be formed and thus came, Dystopia.

A community was formed in the society of the northeast, they dubbed themselves the society of Dystopia. Formed in a surreal world, Dystopia survived and surpassed the expectations of all. Many people in Dystopia assumed that their society would inevitably crumble but everything happened contrary to their beliefs. Agriculture was successfully cultivated using primitive methods, communities were founded, and even electricity was possible with air turbines and solar panels. Dystopia had in fact become a new utopia. If the world could be seen from above, it'd be a picture worth a thousand words; the image portrayed a planet covered in darkness but in all that darkness, a corner of the Earth still remains alive and lit up with lights emanating across the dark sky. It was beautiful for a moment, Dystopia was utopia in this desolate wasteland.

The people of Dystopia had become accustomed to their new environment, valuing one another, giving back to each other, and supporting the survival of all. Everyone enjoyed their newfound salvation. People were no longer concerned with trivial matters and essentials for survival were the main concern of all. Nothing was wasted and all were treated equal. However, the unexpected arrival of guests to Dystopia would once again change the fate of humanity. Nothing was known of these invaders, all that could be seen were lights in the sky. But when no aircrafts had been flown in months, the people of Dystopia looked up in shock at the lights descending from the sky.
