"He was my best friend. I met him during my freshman year. We bonded over a dumb T.V. show about ghosts. We were very close, and he was family to me. He was a mercenary, it was to help his mother pay for things. His father left them with little to nothing, and I wanted to help. So, I decided to find weapons for him. Hack into websites and learn about people he was hired to kill. I was his partner in crime, if that makes sense. He only killed people who were criminals. He would make sure the person he killed deserved it. He was, pure, in a way. Man, if he only saw the way I saw him. He hated himself. His mother was killed by a woman, and we wanted to find out who and get revenge. We did some digging, and then we found a woman named Diana. We went to her house, and then, you know."
"I'm sorry to hear about that. He seemed like a nice guy."
"He was. But there were times when we would wonder. All the crimes we did. Doesn't that technically make us the bad guys?"
"Nah, just some vigilantes."
