I was video chatting with Atreyu and everyone else to tell them everything and then I heard them announce that my plane was boarding. I got on the plane and just sat there not talking to anyone. I almost silently reach into my pocket, grab my earbuds, and put them on. I quickly fall asleep, which is what I did for most of the flight. Once I finally get to the airport I see my dad. He was with a girl I have never seen before.
"Kaitlyn! Omg I have heard so much about you!" The girl said loudly walking towards me with her arms out.
"Umm hi." I look at my dad with a weird look. He raises his hand and points to his ring finger. Oh wow... So dad got married. I didn't know that. Then again I haven't talked to my dad since he left my mom and I when I was 9. He used to hurt my mom and I, until my mom finally kicked him out. I didn't think he would leave us completely but he did and he hasn't talked to me since.
