*another time skip* yeah I know I'm lazy XD *Last Day Of School*
Its been a 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from anyone about my mom. I am starting to get the feeling that I am never going home. I decide its time to avert my attention. Its the last day of school. I decide its time to go make some friends.
It's about 3:00 and I finally get up, get ready for the beach. I walk upstairs and change into a black bikini with floral print all over it. I grab my pink cover up dress and throw it on. Then I go into the bathroom and grab my towel and beach bag. Before heading back downstairs I walk into the next room to see what Layla is doing.
"Hey Layla! I yell cheerfully is I I skip into the room. Wanna go to the beach?"
"Wait you are actually going somewhere?" She replies in a joking manner. She jumps up and gets herself ready and we walk downstairs, grab a few snacks and water bottles, and throw them in the beach bag.
"Katie!" I yell down the hall. "We are going to the beach!"
"Okay have fun and be safe" I hear her yell back to me. We walk out to the garage and I grab my skateboard. And Layla decides to walk.
