The first thing I realized was that my necklace was gone. And with my necklace, also Dante. Wherever I was, Dante wasn't here and that meant I would have to go through whatever awaited me now alone or that I had to run away as soon as possible. When I opened my eyes, there was a grey ceiling. And grey walls. I was tied onto a grey table made of iron, but whoever had tied me here had made the mistake not to take away my weapons and to underestimate me. I began struggling to untie the bonds when my eyes spotted a small camera. When I actually observed my environment, I noticed cameras in every corner. What were the people holding me here gonna do? Why was I here? Did they know about the contract, or was it coincidence that my necklace was gone? Countless questions crossed my mind as I calmed my body down. Struggling was senseless as long as I was sure to be observed. They would catch me again and maybe even punish me. I had no choice but to wait for what would happen. Maybe Dante would find and save me, but I couldn't just depend on that. There was a chance that they had done something to or captured him. I was all alone in this situation.

I shook off my fear and leaned my head back on the table. If I kept calm, maybe they would hurry with doing what they wanted to do to me. So I waited and waited. Seconds could have been minutes or even hours. I had lost all of my sense of time, and I hadn't even known the time when I had been captured, not to mention how long I had been unconscious. Being unconscious twice a day had to be unhealthy, I would have to look after my body more in the future. If I got the chance, naturally. But then... I would die when I got my revenge anyway, so what did I need my body for? As long as I was able to kill the one who had killed me I didn't need to be healthier than this. I was used to darkness and cold anyway, so unconsciousness was nothing really new to me. If other people dreamed, I was different. I never dreamed. And if I did, they were nightmares worse than my waking time, nightmares of the worst moments in my life. As if I hadn't had enough of that.

The door opened and broad light flooded the room. I had to blink several times until I could see the person entering. It was a woman, tall, thin and incredibly beautiful. She was dressed in a white smock and had tied her long, blonde hair back. Her eyes were of a beautiful blue, fair as the sky. Though her eyes were cold, I knew she wasn't the one because she had green spots in them. Her full lips formed a smile when she saw me lying there, all tied up and defenseless.

„I didn't expect you'd be so easy to capture", she said and closed the door behind her. Twilight swallowed her up but when she came closer I could see her again. I didn't answer. Why should I? I knew exactly I hadn't been in the state to fight or even notice my opponent so he had been able to knock me out without leaving a trace in my memory. But why explain? It was better to leave my enemies thinking I was this weak. If I got the chance to recover I would definitely grasp it and get away from here.

„Not in the mood to talk? Well, that's a problem, because I have some questions for you. Would you be so nice as to answer them?", she asked and smiled so charmingly it was disgusting.

„Maybe your smiles help you with guys, but I'm all straight, sorry", I said and was surprised by my cracked, rough voice. The woman's smile vanished in an instant.

„Oh, sorry, I'm not used to questioning little girls yet. Usually, I take over the big ones, you know", she said and giggled. Oh, god. She was pretty, but so annoying.

„Will you answer?", she asked so roughly it sounded like a dog's bark. Somehow a funny imagination.

„That depends on the questions", I said. It was obvious she was confused about me not being afraid of her or wanting to fuck her or whatever she had expected. And she was visibly angry.

„We'll see. When exactly did your family die?", the woman asked. Right into the black spot. I closed my eyes and imagined I was lying on a meadow or something. But the next question came.
