Chapter Six: His Sadness.

"Osomatsu! Osomatsu! Look! Look! I found him!" Ichimatsu said running to his brothers, who sat on the pouch. He had a golden cat in his hands, just a kitten. Ichimatsu watched as his brothers gave him a upset look. He frowned and ran into the backyard. Ichimatsu sat down and pet the kitten as it curled up and purred. Ichimatsu smiled, he loved yellow/golden kittens they were the best. He loved his kitten.

"Get that stupid cat out of here!" Karamatsu yelled as he hugged Choromatsu, who was crying. Ichimatsu pickeup the kitten and ran outside, it was raining. He ran down the street towards Iyami's house. Ichimatsu tripped and felt on his stomach, falling on the kitten, he held. He got up quickly as he looked it, its legs were broken and bloody. Ichimatsu looked at his shirt, blood all along it. He looked at the kitten as it meows, sounded like cries. Ichimatsu watched as the kitten looked up at him with its brown eyes. Ichimatsu took off running towards home. He cried as he fell once more, in front of the door. He laid there and cried. He never felt so broken, so hurt. Osomatsu opened the door.
"Hey he right here!" Osomatsu said asked he picked up his little brother. Ichimatsu began to cry harder as he grabbed Osomatsu hoodie. He loved that cat.

Ichimatsu shot his eyes open and looked around, home. He rubbed his eyes and looked over at his 3 brothers. He crawled out of the blanket and went to Osomatsu.
"Oso. Osomatsu." Ichimatsu said quietly as he poked Osomatsu. Osomatsu opened his eyes and looked at Ichimatsu.
"How come were at home?" Ichimatsu asked. Osomatsu sat up and yawned.
"The doctor came and told us we could go home and rest, they'll call us when they're done." Osomatsu said. Ichimatsu looked at him with sad eyes. Osomatsu hugged his brother.
"Shhh. Its okay. He'll be okay." Osomatsu said and as he said that Ichimatsu began crying. Ichimatsu hugged him tight. Karamatsu woke up, he noticed it was Ichimatsu and he sat up and wrapped his arms around them.
"Did you have nightmares, my dear brother?" Karamatsu asked.
"No he's worried about Jyushimatsu." Osomatsu said. Karamatsu nodded and began to sing, quietly, a lullaby. Ichimatsu's eyes grew heavy hearing the song. He snuggled against Osomatsu and closed his eyes. Ichimatsu fell asleep, Karamatsu stopped singing.
"Osomatsu? Do you think we should tell him?" Karamatsu asked.
"No, he'll be worst. We just need to hope Jyushimatsu pulls though." Osomatsu said as he laid Ichimatsu next to him.
"Ah, then I wont say anything to him nor Choromatsu." Karamatsu said as he laid back down.
"Good." Osomatsu said as he laid down as well. He looked over to Ichimatsu.

"Good night."

Ichimatsu woke up between Karamatsu and Osomatsu. He yawned and rubbed his eyes then snuggled into Osomatsu. Ichimatsu listen as he heard snoring, cars outside, the TV downstairs, and breathing. It was peaceful. Ichimatsu looked at the clock 12:34 pm. He sat up then shook Osomatsu.
"Osomatsu! Osomatsu!" Ichimatsu said as loud as he could. Karamatsu sat up rubbing his eye.
"Ichimatsu calm down what do you need?" Karamatsu asked.
"I need to know if they called last night!" Ichimatsu said.
"Who?" Osomatsu said as he yawned.
"The doctors!" Ichimatsu said.
Karamatsu and Osomatsu looked at each other then Ichimatsu. Oh no.

"About that..." Osomatsu said sitting up.
