I'm really hating on myself for a specific reason these days: I don't go to sleep early.

Everyday, it's the same routine: I wake up exhausted, promise myself I'm going to sleep earlier, call people, listen to music, and have an argument with my mom whenever she reminds me of my promise, and go to sleep at half past 11.

And the day where I finally realise how bad this has gotten and how I need to improve is Friday, the day where I no longer have a need to improve.
