Its 8:30 PM Sybbie is getting ready to welcome her visitor. She was very excited to lend him the books she promised. She wore her new blue dress and new matching shoes. It was 8:05 and he still wasn't up Sybbie got a little worried cause all her family is punctual and they were never late. At 8:15 she heard a knock at the door.
"Sorry I'm late I just wanted to get you a little gift because I couldn't come here empty handed."
Louis handed Sybbie a wooden box. When she opened it she found something she recognized from the parties her grandfather had, when they were playing poker.
"What's this" She asked
"You never saw a cigar before?" He answered
"I did but why did you get them here? " she said
"Because we could have some fun?" He answered
"Doing what?" She asked
"Golly you are stupid"
Sybbie is giggling.
"Alright I can have one."
She lights the cigar takes a puff and stars to cough.
"I'm choking" "Help"!
"Don't be so dramatic" Louis says
He lights a cigar too and they start to talk together. Sybbie tells Louis all her secrets they forget about the book borrowing and at 5:30 AM she realizes that it's late and he has to leave she asks him if they would like to do it tomorrow and accepts with that. He leaves the room she gets dressed.
