I never liked Sarah, in fact, I dislike her and she's equivalent to an evil step mother. She hates me. Uncle Mikey was so much better with Aunty Alicia, Sarah is probably just in it for the money. I don't want to see my Uncle get hurt, I hated to think of him getting hurt in anyway. Josh, Sarah's son, was a few years younger than me and yet he was still a Mama's boy sucking up to her and blaming everything on me. Mom always taught me to be nice to everyone, even if I hated them, but keep my opinion to myself unless we were discussing about them in a conversation. Even Mom hates Sarah; everyone does. Sarah changed Uncle Mikey and I did not like it, I want my old Uncle Mikey back.

I dread spending the night with them.

Why.

Sarah puts on a fake smile whenever I walk into the room and talks to me placidly or tells me to things that she is more than capable of doing. Josh occupies himself with his toys, I decide to walk outside with my iPod in hand. I couldn't stand being in the same room as Sarah, even Oliver seemed to have grown a strong dislike for Sarah. I sit outside on the porch step and listen to my music, both my mother and father were musicians. Mom plays bass and Dad sings; I've inherited their skills. Oliver runs up and lays down next to me with his head bowed down low, I scratch in between his ears; he liked that. I liked Oliver, he's an awesome, protective dog.

The gliding glass door opens and out walks Josh, ugh can't he leave me alone for once? I ignore him while I zone out to my music, I like too many genres of music.

"Bandit, Mommy said you get to sleep in my room." Josh sounded excited.

Me on the other hand, was not.

Knowing that Sarah would have her way, I would be sleeping on the ground with a blanket and pillow. She didn't allow Uncle Mikey to have power over her so he kept his mouth shut most of the time.

Grubby hands pull my earphones out of my ears.

"What are you listening to?" "Go. Away. Josh" I yell angrily, music kept me calm and no one pulls out my earphones unless it's my parents. "Why are you so mean?" He starts to cry loudly, great. Soon mother bear will be out and protecting her cub. On queue, Sarah rushes outside and embraces Josh with a hug and comforting kisses while sending my death glares. "You're a very bad girl Bandit," She says not taking her eyes from Josh, his tears seemed to subside.

Where was Uncle Mikey in all this? If only I had proof that Sarah was evil so they'd break up. Olivier whimpers, brushing his head against my side "It's okay Oli, it's nothing big" Sarah would tell my parents, but they know I'm not naughty or anything so they wouldn't believe her. Sarah takes ushers Josh inside, slamming the sliding glass door shut and locking me out. She won't get anyway with her scheming for much longer, it would get cold soon and she would have to allow me inside.

I decide to run around the backyard with Oliver to keep us both entertained, he enjoyed running around with me and chasing after the ball I throw. It only lasted about half an hour until darkness consumed the light. I wait on the porch for Uncle Mikey to let me inside, he comes along and unlocks the door.

"Who locked you out Beezle?" Only Uncle Mikey and extended family were allowed to call me by my many nicknames, Sarah wasn't allowed. "Sarah," I mumble, I didn't even call her 'Aunty' for the simple fact that she would never be an Aunty to me. Uncle Mikey doesn't say anything but follows me as I walk into the living room, Sarah puts on a shocked expression, you can tell it's fake "Oh Bandit! Where were you? Were you locked outside? You poor thing!" Yeah, no. Even Uncle Mikey could see her forced expression and sentence. Josh was watching some cartoon on Tv. I liked older cartoons better than the ones nowadays.

"Sarah..."

"Yes baby?" Ew no.

"She said it was you." Uncle Mikey calls her out, yes!

"Oh I must've accidentally locked it when I bought Joshy inside." Sarah scowls, she didn't fake her innocence here, she forced the sentence once again. Why does she hate me so much? Uncle Mikey didn't believe her.

"Sarah, Bandit isn't one to lie and it's impossible to 'accidentally' lock the door" Uncle Mikey crosses his arms over his chest, this was getting good and interesting. She has done so many things to me that it'd take a while to list every single thing she's done to me.

"Whatever, she's a brat just like her parents." Sarah snaps, Uncle Mikey's protective side pushes through, ouch that really did hurt. I am not a brat and neither are my parents. If Uncle Mikey doesn't do anything, then I will.

"Bandit is not a brat for starters and Gerard and Lindsey aren't either," Damn, this was getting interesting. I wanted to smile but I resisted the urge until I heard the sentence I was waiting to hear. "FINE! IM LEAVING THEN! WE'RE OVER!" Sarah screams at Uncle Mikey and she takes Josh with her, she says she'll be back in a couple of days to retrieve her belongings.

It really was that easy, Uncle Mikey hugs me tightly "I'm so sorry Bee, I should've listened to your parents a long time ago" "It's okay, can we get pizza? I'm starving!" He laughs and nods.

We watched old horror movies and ate pizza for the rest of the night, even Oliver decided to join us and snuggled up next to me.

It was a good night.
