Ace and Illumi went to grab a small meal for the moment not sure whether or not that Rias would wish to accompany Illumi out to dinner as well so he only ate enough to last until later into the night. The two laughed and enjoyed one another's company which was rare nowadays with all things that were occurring as of late. Guardian~" Ace looked up from his food for a moment and at Illumi with a confused look "Guardian huh? It's almost like she knew you'd be back when we needed you.....Or that your heart would bring you home atleast."
Illumi had a blush across his face as what Ace said was completely true, No matter how much his guild mates and him argued he knows he'd give his life just to protect each and every one of them. "You'd think as much as I pretend to hate them, I love each of them all the same....No matter the time or place and the situation....I'd probably kill to protect my guild sisters and brothers." Ace gave off am evil smile and he whispered to Illumi "Even Geo?!" Illumi had a serious look on his face and turned to face Ace. "Believe it or not....Even after all that's happened yes I would help him if he needed it."
Ace began coughing a bit as he was eating food and that reply was not one he was expecting
at all so he began choking on his food. Illumi patted the male on his back and chuckled lightly asking "What was all that about? You thought I say no?" Ace was regaining his breath but did nod in response and the two locked eyes and there was an pause but it was broken by the two's laughter. But as time ticked by minute by minute Rias was preparing to see Illumi on their "date" unfortunately so was her older brother because he knew how his sister could get so tagging along without permission became normal for him. Leaving the guild Rias headed toward the park waving goodbye to her sibling who waved in turn but not even 5 minutes later followed behind her hidden from view. Ace looked out the window and reminded Illumi of tge time and said "Hey bro aren't you suppose to be at the park? It's getting dark." Illumi peered outside and smiled but soon gave off a sigh of disbelief "Seriously? I guess the time we hang out nowadays gets shorter and shorter, But hey bro I'll be in late tonight so tell Sayuri I said good night alright?" "With pleasure bro you go ahead and have a fun night."  Illumi had already left money to pay for his meal and nodded toward his brother as he began his journey toward the park to meet with Rias.
