The Week Of Absence(Midnight and Geo)

The day was a foggy Tuesday a little gloomy yet it was very peaceful this day as even with the falling rain and the dark roads and streets Geo and Midnight were enjoying one another's company chuckling and joking around with each other joke after joke about a few of their friends and even each other as they walked. Midnight pushed Geo for making fun of how she was grieving over Illumi's disappearance by saying "Oh Illumi I miss you so much mwah mwah mwah, Don't you ever leave me again hahah!!!" This is when Geo could feel Midnight's fist crash into his arm and he gripped it still laughing and Midnight started to mock him "What about you huh when you first came here it was all about Illumi," Her voice made him sound like a stereotypical hero "I, Geo, Will surpass each and every man alive even if it means to give up everything, I will beat Illumi and take the title as strongest in Fiore with no question!!!" Midnight began to laugh and Geo blushed as he was very embarrassed as he didn't remember saying all that atleast not to his memory. "H..hey I wasn't that self conceded give me some credit now, You made him sound like he was unbeatable and stronger than most guild masters in Fiore so why not aim to take his spot." Midnight responds with "Because you'll end up in a grave if you continue to fight him.....or at least on the wrong end of a very cruel ass beating." Geo felt challenged and he heard what Midnight said and he spoke out "Oh yea?! Well when he gets back I'm gonna prove you wrong Illumi is a chump and that I'm the strongest in the guild. And if I win you owe me dinner at the most expensive restaurant in town."
Midnight agreed but also replied "And if you do lose to Illumi which you will, You have to clean my room, do all my chores and.....Pay my rent for the next four months." Geo swallowed hard at the last part but then he realized that if Illumi was missing he couldn't truly get any stronger than he was previously so he wasn't truly worried he had plenty of extra training and a new ability hidden up his sleeve.
"Alright you're on, I hope you have really deep pockets because I eat alot.....Middy~" "And I hope you have really strong will power because its gonna take alot of it to not only walk away from the loss but to go directly in the kitchen to clean all the dirty dishes right after. Take about insult to injury." The two stared smiling at one another and had an intense stare off before the rain picked up a bit more and the two walked holding each others hand back toward the guild hall.
