With both ready we head downstairs, running into Brad and dad.
“Hey” Walking to Brad who looks at the twins, giving them a nod before smiling at me.
“Hey sis” draping an arm over my shoulder.
“You alright?” Looking over his face.
“Yea, you know fight jitters” Laughing it off. Nodding I act like I’ve forgotten.
“Oh here I know its your favorite” Handing him the Gatorade.
“Aw your sweet, thanks” Kissing my cheek.
“Your welcome” Watching as he twists the cap off.
“Did you already open it?” Eyeing the bottle.
“Oh yea I added protein so you’ll have extra energy” Shrugging I keep my face blank. He walks with us, before shrugging it off taking a big gulp. If I was a devil the hands would be rubbing together, and my tail would of lit on fire along with a pair of horns.
“Who are you fighting?” Van asks, looking to Brad. He turns his head around, frowning a bit.
“Trenton O’Neil” Growling out his name. Both boys look at me, as does everyone else.
“Its fine guys” Waving my hand around.
“Are you sure, I know what this guys is” Brad asks, taking another sip.
“Yes Its fine.”
“Don’t worry sis, I’ll run his face over” Grinning wildly, I huff. The only thing your going to be running to is the shitter big brother, cause when that fast acting stool softener kicks in your fight is Over…Clicking my tongue over my teeth.
I catch the twins looking at me, their eyes thinned a little trying to see why I was smiling. Clearing my throat I look ahead of me, no need to rune my plans this far a head in the game. Two more fights and Van is up, followed by Owen. The five of us watch the fights, but it doesn’t take Brad long to feel the burning sensation deep within him. When he takes off to the bathroom I hold back a laugh, so that my father and fiancées wont be the wiser. it’s a good thirty minutes, and Brad still hasn’t come back.
“I should go check on him” My father says looking annoyed.
“Okay, well be here” Nodding facing the fight once more. He walks off again making me hold down the explosive laughter. In this fight we have two men who help with the fighters, they hand them a drink and towel them off. So I’m more of a watcher then anything else, so when its Van’s turn to get in. I give him a once over kissing him passionately, sending him on his way. Owen stands close to me, keeping his arms folded over his bare chest as he watches his brother.
Half way through Van’s match I tell Owen I need to check on my brother, he nods saying he’ll stay here so his brother knows what happened. Walking off I find my father and Brad, but Brad soon runs back into the bathroom.
“What’s wrong?” I should have been an actress.
“He’s sick as a damn dog” Dad grumbles, running his hand through thick black hair.
“How? He was fine a little bit ago” Biting my lip.
“No idea, might be jitters. He hasn’t fought in a long time. Shit! Were going to have to pull out” Slapping the wall. Giving my dad a pity look, Bradley opens the door telling me just how bad he is. Taking a step back, maybe I should of just put a little in not half the bottle.
“Dad” Brad is sweating and panting like he just ran a mile.
“I no, Fuck.” Shaking his head, my dad folds his arms.
“Sorry sis” Bradley looks at me so helplessly.
“Aw Brad its alright, not your fault” Trust me on that.
“Alright, well shit. I’ll go let Phillip know”
“I’ll do it, I need to head that way anyways. Owen will be up next. Stay with Brad, make sure he gets to his room” Dad eyes me, but nods.
“Alright.”
“I’m sorry sis”
“Brad its fine, go rest” Patting his head, cause I seriously don’t want to touch him right now.
Step one of evil plan = complete…..time for step two. Grinning as I walk away, my dad waits for Brad to come back out. Tapping on Phillip’s door he laughs, waving me in.
“Oh boy two visits in one night.” Leaning on his elbow.
“What are you not loving my presents?” Holding my hips. Raising his hands in surrender we laugh.
