The Game (Kris)

Kris' P.O.V. . . 

"Kris!!! What the hell happened!?!?" My coach started yelling at me

Me, the star player of the basket team, stupidly threw the ball into our net, making the opponent get the point. What the hell did happen? 

"I'm sorry coach. . . It won't happen again." I answered back 

"It's because of his girlfriend. They got into a fight yesterday." Chanyeol blurted. Just shut up, already. 

"Don't put your emotions in the game! This is the real deal!" Coach started yelling again "Now all of you, get back in the game! I expect more from you, Kris." 

Everyone started going back into the court leaving me last to follow up. Coach is right, I better not put my emotions here. I stayed at my position in the court and waited for the whistle to blow.

"TTHHHWWEEEETTTTT!!!!" The whistle blew 

The ball went in all sorts of directions passing from one player to another. I know I was supposed to focus but. . . all what I could recall was me shouting at her. . . making her cry. . .

The ball was heading in my direction and hit me right in the stomach. Again, a foul. I could already see coach burning up and shouting "SNAP OUT OF IT!". Like you know anything about my life.

"Kris! Kris!" Some one called. That voice, I know it anywhere. 

I turned to the crowd trying to find where the voice was coming from. I finally saw her. . . smiling and waving at me. 

"Kris!" You called out to me "I love you! Do your best!" You held up a sign that says: "I LOVE YOU KRIS! YOU CAN DO IT!"

I was absolutely speechless. . . You actually came to see me play. I already knew I was crying. But I'll win this for you if it's the last thing I do. 

After the game. . .

"Kris!" You squealed running up to him and wrapping your arms around him "You did it! You won!" 

"Yeah. . . I-I won. . ." I stuttered. I could feel warm tears running down my face again. I couldn't hold it in and wrapped my arms around you. 

"I'm so sorry, _____! I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry!" I repeated over and over again crying on your shoulder. I know I looked pathetic enough. 

"Aww. . . Ben-Ben. . . Baby, don't cry." You said wrapping your arms around me too 

"______. . . I love you." I said calming down 

"I love you too, Kris. . ." You said planting a soft kiss on my cheek
