Looking At The Stars (Chen)

I had a really hard time choosing either Chen or Suho for this one, but I thought this suited more for Chen. So now the next one really has to be a Suho Imagine. Thank You all~

It was 7:00 pm, and you waited outside your house for your science partner, Suho, to pick you up. It was project about observing stars and writing down what you've saw. You spotted a car parking in front of your house. 

"Suho! Took you long enough!" You quickly rushed to the car, The thing is, he wasn't Suho. 

"Sorry, but Suho couldn't make it today." Chen said nervously. Chen, your ex-boyfriend. You broke up with him a few weeks ago because you caught him cheating with another girl, now his girlfriend. 

"Oh no way! There is no way I'm getting in the same car as you!" You shouted stomping back to your house

"Hey wait! You don't want to fail the science project, do you?!" He said calling your attention. He was right. It was due this week, and this was your only time to do it. 

You turned your head to his direction and hopped back into the car. You could already see him smirking.

"I'm not doing this because I want to be with you, I'm doing this so I can pass the science project." You said through your teeth "Don't be full of yourself, Jongdae." 

"I never said anything about you seeing me, but if you say so.~" Chen said turning on the engine and driving to your destination. 

At The Park. . .

"Hey, we're here." Chen said turning his back to you, finding you fast asleep on the back seat. He smiled and called your attention again "Hey, wake up, we're here." He said again 

"Not now, Jongdae. . . Wake me up in a few minutes, then I'll make you breakfast." You said without thinking and going back to sleep. He smiled at what you said, like you never broke up with him. 

"Come on, lets go!~" He finally said, going out of the car and dragging you along with him.

You finally snapped back into reality "Hey, don't touch me!" You said pushing him away 

"Yeesh, girl. I'm just trying to be nice." Chen said 

"Oh yeah? Why don't you tell that to your "girlfriend"!" You shouted storming away 

Chen sighed and followed you. You sat down, looking above at the night sky full of stars and one circular moon. Chen caught up with you and finally sat down beside you. You completely ignored him. 

"The sky's really pretty~" He said trying to break the ice. You didn't say anything and started to take down notes. 

"Like you." Chen continued. You dropped your notebook and pen and looked straight at him in the eye. 

"You know, what is your problem?! First you cheat on me, then you pick me up at my house, and now you're trying to flirt with me!" You said angrily "Seriously, stop being such a playboy! You already have a-" 

"I broke up with her." Chen blankly said 

"Oh, let me guess, you found another girl?!" You still said furious as ever.

"No! I broke up with her! And that's that!" He finally fought back

The both of you were already silent, looking up at the sky. Chen started singing the chorus of "My Turn To Cry". You had to admit, he had one heck of a singing voice.

"You've been getting better since I've last heard you." You said without looking at him

He immediately stopped singing and stared at you like it's the first time you've complimented him "Really? My ex always told me I had a horrible voice." He said 

You glared at him thinking it was you. 

"I mean, my other ex." Chen finally said "I think I sing better when I'm alone or when I have really strong emotions." 

"So you must have strong emotions now, huh?" You asked 

"Probably. . . Maybe because I'm with you." 

Now, both of you were completely silent. You didn't know how to respond and turned red. He quickly noticed you, and started turning red too. 

"Before we both leave, I have to be really honest with you." Chen said "The reason why I broke up with her was because I missed you. I begged Suho-hyung for me to take you here instead because I knew this was my last chance to take you back. . . And I guess I blew it. I'm sorry. . ." 

You could already see him starting to tear up. You had no idea what to do, so you started singing "My Turn to Cry" to him. He looked up at you, and wrapped his arms around you as tightly as possible. 

"I miss you. . ." Chen said with his voice still cracking

"Chen. . . As much as I was being a brat to you. . . I really could never hate you. I love you, Jongdae.~" You said returning the hug.
