I swear everyone here is stupid. I've only been inside for 2 minutes and I'm mentally done. I make my way to my locker waving a "hey" to Perrie, Jade, Leigh, and Jesy. At least the musicians still talk to the undecided. I rounded the corner to go to third hall, which my locker was on and bumped into someone. I look up and guess who I just had to run into. That's right one of the head snakes. "Great Camz is going to make my life living hell this year." "What did you just call me Lauren." Oh crap, I said that out loud didn't I. Looking down for a slight second I thought of what to say back. When Camila decided to grab my hand a drag me to a random closet. What is she doing? "Camz what are you doing?" Putting a finger to her lips she waited to make sure it was safe to speak to me without interruptions. "Lo, you can not call me that anymore. I thought you got that hint when I left the group for a shot at being one of the top dogs in the school." "If I can't call you Camz then you can't call me Lo, not anymore. What you did to our group was sick and twisted. You think you can waltz around here and tell me what to do, but the jokes on you because I know you miss us." I said with confidence. "Lo-Lauren-" "no Camila I don't have to listen to y-" "shut your mouth Lauren for one second. I do miss you guys so much yo-" "then why'd you leave in the first place?" I'm done playing her game. She broke the group's hearts. She left us defenseless to be attacked by her new group. I was about ready to leave this stupid closet when I heard a small whimper. Is she crying? "Camz, come here." I wrapped my arms around her small figure and felt like nothing ever changed between us, no fights, no heart breaks. I felt like I was home. Lowering my voice, I whispered "it's okay" over and over in her ear. Once she calmed down I let her go and brought my hands to her face, making her chocolate eyes look into my emerald ones. "Camz, you know you can still come to my house. No one from school would find out. You didn't have to leave us to fit in." "Lauren, I know. I'm sorry" "It's okay. You can call me Lo. Why don't you come over today after school?" I saw something I haven't seen in a while, her real genuine smile and hope in her eyes. Answering my question she said, "I'd like that Lo." We said our goodbyes and walked out of the closet and once again I went to find my locker.
