I know that nobody likes them but here is some ways to improve them and to stop being tired..
🙄Always sleep at the same time(everyday)
🙄Wake up the same time everyday
🙄Try not to snooze your alarm
🙄Put your alarm in the other side of your room so while walking you wake up a bit
🙄Have dinner so you have 'stored energy'
🙄Drink coffee(if you are allowed to)
🙄If you can't have breakfast drink smoothies
🙄Have at least 8 hours of sleep
🙄Have a curfew
🙄Stick to it every nightQ~Have you written any books on wattpad if so what are they all called
